I always sauté the onions and bacon until caramelised, add garlic for a minute, cool it then throw it in with grated carrots and corn, use 6 large eggs.

That looks absolutely delicious Julie! If I want to put some pumpkin in it would I need to roast the pumpkin first before I add it to the vegetables in here? Or can I use small dices of pumpkin and it will cook enough in the slice?
