Good luck with the surgery. My favourite two mantras are "I can do this " and "I am fearless". Had them both printed onto a silicon bracelet (amazon) and wear them in running races (my main sport is running) or during hard training sessions. There's a thought🤔⚘ Keep on wielding that cricket bat💪👍
