This will be boring for anyone not invested into teaching their own child JiuJitsu. I don't pretend to know everything, but I do appreciate what it teaches my son. I've completely changed my workout regime since getting serious about JiuJitsu. My involuntary yoga makes me feel better and mentally helps my day to day mood.
