Its all on at the moment, Back in New Zealand after 3 months in the USA, my brother has just told me he is having a surprise wedding and wants me to gather up some seafood for the celebration.
As fate would have it conditions are good for a dive on the west coast so together with Chris and a couple of his mates we head out and get into some JUMBO crayfish...
A couple of weeks later and conditions are perfect on the east side, my mate Dave is over from Perth and we launch his boat and spend the day getting a great feed including one nice Kingfish!
With Crayfish and Kingfish for the wedding I shell the crayfish and make up some tasty mini smoked kingfish pies that come out just perfect!
