Alright, this early vlog started off with Xoi Ga, a sticky rice and chicken dish, but it was absolutely loaded with other goodies in there as well. The people running this stall were awesome as they were extremely friendly and their dish is tasty and really cheap!
Next, I went for a famous Vientamese noodle, Mi Quang. I feel like many people do not eat this noodle, but they definitely should. Just a textural sensation as it is loaded in with pork, seafood, and other various ingredients.
Lastly, I went for some banh canh noodles that had some impressive amounts of seafood in them! They weren't my favorite from the day, but I will say, the massive prawn is something I could enjoy every single day.
Oh and not to forget some shaved ice to cool myself off from all the heat we are having in Vietnam.
