Here’s a tutorial for 3 footwork skills I LOVE to do with a rope. They’re all variations on the running man and I share them in a progressive order so you can gradually get them down! 👊🏼💃🏼

Started jump rope and of course all of a sudden I’m inundated with jump rope vids. Started getting hers and thought Good one RU-vid - you know I’m a guy and I’m straight - hey, at least it’s not slow-mode women jumping in the air and freezing for no reason. Good workout and I am glad to see the younger people going at it with basic stuff we used to do back then, like this ! Basics I do not mean easy but simple enough to get great at it :).
