She is so cool! She is my new spirit animal. I’m so glad she started putting out these tutorials. Saw her videos and got out my jump rope and have been jumping for about a week now. Going to go and try out all five of these!
One thing all World Champions have in common is, "They have Mastered the Fundamentals.” Thank you for creating this list and demonstrations, I can’t wait to including them into my training routine.
Thank you so much for the tutorial videos...I'm having fun learning to some of these techniques and the step by step instruction has been very valuable.
Great video, very informative. The only one I’ve I haven’t done before is the x motion so that’ll be my next goal. I was excited that the heel step was number 1 because that’s my favorite along with boxer.
I had this video on my watch later list for quite a while and somehow couldn't get to it. One day I wanted to try to add some fun stuff to diversify my breakfast time rope jumps. Imagine the smile on my face when it turned out that I invented heel jumps without knowing about them 😄 Great vid. Keep it up!!
Making time in cross-fit workouts to learn jump rope skills. I've been cross-fitting 3x per week since July 2018. Now I have things to work on. Thanks, Tori!
Hey @Tori I use these exact moves for my warmup before a running session. Perfect warmup for the body, muscles and gets my brain into the right running mode because of the coordinative tasks. Had to laugh getting aware of that. You're a great inspiration!
You are truly amazing at jump roping you are a huge inspiration for boys and girls that want to jump rope like you and also inspire me to work even harder and give me more motivation to work harder and stay in shape overall and I thank you for that Tori.💯🙏🏿😁
Thank you. I have a thought, but take this with a grain of salt; I'm very much a beginner... As part of the progression for each of these types of exercises, would it be good to incorporate penguin jumps? I mean before picking up the rope, you slap your thighs while jumping during these exercises to simulate striking the ground with the rope. The benefit would be practicing the different steps with your hands in a good position and starting to visualize the rope. If this thought helps anyone, awesome. If not, at least another comment is good for your channel. Win-win. 😅 Thank you for being helpful.
Seen so many work out videos but none have motivated me to get back into shape like ur jump rope videos and Lauren jumps videos. Amazing how u can dance while jumping rope. And as a final comment 😍. And one question/challenge/request could u do a jump rope dance to merengue music example a song by Mala Fe - LA Vaca. Really wondering what it would look like and think if anyone could pull it off it would be none others than the champion herself you of course. Definitely subscribed and looking forward to more of ur amazing videos

Hey so I love watching these videos but could you maybe do a video of really cool tricks you’ve learned that a lot of people wouldn’t know? I saw on TikTok of a snake cartwheel or a wrap thing that I loved to learn because it gave me something to do when we work on our skills at practice! It also adds a lot of unique things to my routine and I would love to see cool things you’ve learned around the world :)
That's awesome how much do you work on your foot work Tori? My second question is when did you realize that you were going to be at jump roping and were you really skilled at jump roping at a very young age?😁
Hi I just wanted to say you got robbed on Go Big Show. There has been people that have done the same bike tricks going threw flaming hoops. So for him to win I don't get it . I truly thought you had it and it was extremely cool watching you so thanks for the entertainment
