Tomorrow will a big day with student loan forgiveness being debated by the Supreme Court. With student loans leaving Covid forbearance, affordability will get worse for millions of first time buyers as their DTI ratio will go up. The AirBNB report was not got. I think is is the Spring/Summer move, but we may hit a new year after year low come the fall.
Quite honestly, I think too many people think this will impact the buyer or homeowner much more than it will. It will impact renters far greater. Also keep in mind we still have all the forbearance programs in place.
