Grandma, blood pressure is known as the silent killer. You can have high BP and never have symptoms and have a stroke or brain aneurysm. It's serious enough to kill you so please don't take it lightly. I lost a very special man in my life 7 yrs. ago. He had turned 49 a month before and had a major aneurysm and died instantly. 😢

Miss Helen, keep pushing the fluids that taste good to you as your body needs hydration to function properly. Dehydration is a problem in the elderly population. Being dizzy, with balance problems can cause falls resulting in fractured hips, arms, concussions causing possible brain bleeds. We care about your wellbeing, so please make it a priority to keep up your fluid intake.

Coffee without sugar is good for your liver. Water, coffee, tea, and milk is good for you. Green tea is good to drink as well.

Enjoyed seeing you today, Miss Helen, and love you. Glad that your doctor visit went well and please remember to keep drinking water and check your blood pressure periodically. Steven might want to keep an eye on his too. I watched him when he purchased all the vegetable plants and when he planted them. I think I, along with a lot of other folks, knew what the outcome was going to be, but I did not bother to comment because I am not sure if he even reads them. And when he got the fertilizers the other day things just got worse, pouring too much (10-10-10) on top of the plants and then just spritzing them with water was a death sentence. He does not like having advice given to him, there is no shame in admitting when you aren't familiar with something and seeking advice, and yes, reading directions. I could never build a house or fix a car like he does, but I can grow plants, and yet I still constantly research about them. He threw away a lot of money investing in those plants, I could not afford to do that. And please inform him there are no poisonous lizards in Georgia, he mentioned that in a previous video with you. I almost forgot. Getting out of bed too fast can also causes dizzyness. I sit on the edge of my bed for a few minutes before standing up and that helps me so I don't get lightheaded or dizzy headed.

Helen you are using your Yadi cup like a koozi Steven you need to jog to the dr if your BP is 138/109 maybe the BP cuff was too small for your arm.
