How long until they realize the spend rate on Hero's Way is way down? I'm not buying a pass again - they made it so hard that buying the pass is a waste of money.

Personally I find the F2P vs whale comparison/argument to be irrelevant and not particularly helpful. F2P never have kept up, never will, and spend more time threatening to quit and never spend the theoretical money they might maybe spend in the future than they do actually playing. The real conversation is the gap between moderate spenders, that is call it a single night out of dinner and a couple drinks, per month, and the whales. You know, people that get heroes way, valk favor, a set or 2 of emeralds during 4x once a month, and maybe a skin or guild pack and that's it each month. In my like 3 years of playing, if you combined that with decent patience and resource saving, you were still in the top 5% or better, and still able to collect the stuff you wanted for the main heroes you used, be that skins, glyphs, whatever to max in a decent time, even super skins after the first couple whale exclusive releases of those. But talismans and the new glyph cals have completely broken that mold, you can't save resources and play strategically for the long game with those. They are simply impossible to get unless you whale, for the vip/spend emeralds ones. The huge gap between whales and moderate spenders is what has grown from something tolerable to something insurmountable. And now a 2nd set of talismans, making heroes way whale exclusive, AND locking the final titan behind the whale exclusive heroes way.

I was happy to spend $10 to get full list of rewards and hero’s way coins for playing my normal activities. I won’t spend $40 nor even $20 for the new hero’s way where you have to spend a significant amount of money to get any more than half of the rewards. It’s simply not worth it to me.

It felt like the 1st of the new hero ways was too restrictive. Being charitable, I am guessing that Nexters will make the second hero way much easier (possibly too easy) to tempt those that they burnt back in. The only real positive reward I took from the 1st hero way was the x2 XP which I used to strengthen the depth of my heroes. The rest of the rewards were either of little use to me or beyond where I could get to as a low spender. I’m a relative OG player, having started on S32 so my expectation is different to the majority of newer players.

Its like "you get these 40 things for free" except yoi cant, cause there is no way to reach near to 40 for free

I am confused, where is this Hero Wars event? Is it available in the web version?

I managed to buy 4 Heros Way before the greedy schmucks went crazy.. there were 65 levels + extra & i was getting to level 90, collecting 50k Heros Way coins, iam still spending them from April So as a player that will never buy the Heros Way again what iam suppose to do with the HW shop, what is the point if i will never collect HW coins again The game should be updated accordingly, "if you buy the HW then the HW shop open's or else it should be hidden as like the soul stone shops

New hero’s way is like some “ banana pudding rainbow sherbet gelato” but iss really just some boof that was put thru an infusion oven , they want exotic prices for some low deps… its insane now , whole servers have quit purchasing

I used to buy few items in Hero wars but now I am not going to spend anything I am now fully F2P player 😂 It is after all a game.

People are really being babies about new HW. New titan max ⭐️ for just $20 and so many are crying. Would all the complainers be happy if HW were not changed and tenebris was $100 as an offer right side if the village? Silly comparing this to Lara Croft since if you don’t max tenebris during the event you can always do it later and probably for cheaper. What’s the hurry, it takes forever to get the fairy dust to lvl120 anyhow. My only complaint/issue which I let nexter know is that something was taken away from the lower spenders with new heroes way. My solution; they should introduce a new team based event where you score points with your guild that gives similar rewards to old HW. This would help build community. The last thing I want as someone who does spend is having my server/guild go silent because a lot quit, that happens and I’m out too.

This gap basically takes away an option for a low dollar spender. The cost increase is so tremendous, now you have FTP and whale, and nothing in between. THAT is the problem I have with this. I spent a small amount so that I gained more titan skins every month by spending 5 bucks on HW, that basically gave me a few extra days? maybe a week? of extra titan skins of game time, as well as hero's way coins for a gradually increasing skin stone advantage. Now they want me to spend more than a WoW subscription every month only for HW... they are out of their minds. 2 months of HW for the cost of Helldivers I bought recently. What is wrong with this company. This game is NOT the same caliber as Helldivers!

Yet again a couple guild members decided it has been enough, and decided to quit. The new Hero's Way formula is absolute bullshit. This game is completely broken now, and apparently there is no communication/explanation coming from Nexters. I refuse to buy the battle pass until they change the concept again. If there will be no reaction from Nexters by next month battle pass, I will also quit the game. But first I will get as much refunds as I can get. How lame can they be?????

They are going to lose a lot more players if they ruin the Tenebris event just to boost sales for Hero's Way.

The game was already heavy pay to win. This change is just the tipping point. Making it cost more then rub it in players faces by forcing heavy gem usage to level it up. Ill be leaving the game once my gem stash runs out. Its not a matter of if, just when.
