This 100 year old Indian Game meat recipe uses only 4 ingredients - INDIAN VENISON CURRY - JUNGLI MAAS.
INGREDIENTS: for around 400 grams of Venison (Deer Meat)
1. Ghee - 5 tbsp
2. Garlic - 8-10 medium sized cloves
3. Sea Salt / Kosher salt - as per taste
4. Mathania Chillies - 10 (Can be replaced with dried Kashmiri red chilies, Cayenne pepper and some lemon juice.
