Id suggest a glue thats less permanent than jb weld since you may need to remove those windshield trims in the future if the windshield is broken or if you need to re wrap the a pilars. Keep up the good work
Think blacked out the grill on RSX is neat idea Miguel give car agressive i wouldn't bother putting Acura emblem back on either RSX going slick with wrap too

I used to love going on junkyard runs when i was into the 3rd gen camaros but it definitely is harder to find good stuff now. That car has to be a more fun daily than the toyota and I am confident that you will have it looking sweet soon!

Yeah the windshield molding are supposed to be siliconed on idk why yours didn’t haven’t any old silicone there . And mine gets around the same mpg but other people get 350+
dude love the evo, eclipse, and 3000gt. glad to see you are getting into the rsx. i have an x myself and had an rsx. idk if its an rsx thing or what but the fitment between the bumper and headlights are never the same. i tried multiple times 😅
Your fitment issue more than likely comes from the bumper being aftermarket, they never fit right. Try and score a OEM bumper from a junkyard and see if it corrects the issue. I'm not sure on your gas mileage, I got a K24 and get 415 miles on a full tank but that's casual driving, if you're always on the throttle high reving your mileage isn't as great... It's coming along tho...
@@MiguelDsm also if your headlights are knock offs they can usually cause gaps. If you look close at the bottom of your headlight lense you should see some writing on the bottom, all OEM Honda lense will say Stanley on it. If not they are more than likely ebay replacements..
@@MiguelDsm if it's manual and it's a base Acura TL then no is just regular brake. BBK only come with 2007 TL Type S. Or another option is a 2005 Acura RL. The two option come with brembo BBK.
Not a huge issue but you didnt put the grill right, you have to remove bumper and slide the bottom part in behind bumper, you'll see it has tabs for it, should improve fitment on that atleast :P
My type s gets 270-290 per tank on 91. However, I did a full tank without hitting vtec. & I MAYBE GET 300miles per tank. Nothing crazy like 310+ FORSURE. Idk where these guys come up with 350+ miles per tank unless you shift at 2k rpm every shift. Just my opinion. & I have Full bolt on’s with kpro

If I fill from a full tank I can go like 275 before the light comes on and I'm running regular gas on my 2003 Rsx base I keep getting the 420 code mostly

That gas mileage tracks ngl I have an 05 Civic SI (EP3 to make it easier), and it shares the K20 too. It always feels like my gas never lasts like it should!
@@MiguelDsm 😂😂 just throwing the idea out there.... For future content. I honestly wish u had gotten the car a lil sooner cause I had a RSX I fixed up and gave it to my son for his birthday..... It was totaled out by the insurance co a few months ago on a rear-ended hit and run, I could've had any part you needed. I replaced all the gaskets, trim, interior etc etc. It was nearly mint when I was done - Alot of those parts are discontinuing 😕
@@MiguelDsm one small "mod" I did to the interior that I recommend was paint windshield pillars that frame the windshield trim black... Looked clean and it matched the rest of the black plastic trim. Idk why Acura left those grey
@@C_Cotto_83 Honda/Acura has been doing that 2 tone since the 90s, black interior with grey pillars, quarter trim and headliner.. it's a Honda thing...
Not sure if rsx type S is the same but on my ep3 which is same as base rsx I've gone 398 miles on a full tank research I've done says gas light comes on when there is 3 gallons left so I've gone 90 miles with gas light on
