The “Why not?” jokes are the best. 🤣 Paul, I think I’m going to order one of those British razors. After all, why not? I forgot to mention I purchased a black Bakelite DE razor Made in Germany but I can’t tell what manufacturer it is. Similar to the Merkur Bakelite but mine has metal threads inside the handle. Great shave and review. SOTD Gillette silver tip Super Speed, Yintal DE blade, Dove brand soap bar that has been molded into a Proraso green-colored plastic shaving mug. It’s surprisingly good for a regular soap. MOTD tuna steak, yellow rice, asparagus. Have a nice week ahead.

I feel like mixing it up a bit today, but also... not... SotD: I haven't decided on the razor yet, it's between the Rex Ambassador and the Henson. PAA pre-shave, PAA Astra Planeta soap, Simpson's Manchurian badger brush, Personna comfort coated blade and I think I'm going with Captain's Choice Island Time aftershave. MotD: Corned beef and cabbage. We have store bought corned beef, so hopefully it's okay, but I'm concerned after a couple years of curing the brisket myself and slow-cooking it that this will be tough and dry.

Hey Paul great shave 🪒. That's a great looking razor. I'm going to see if they will ship to Canada. My SOTD. Razor was a Merkur 34C with a yellow Gillette 7 O'clock blade 3 use . Shave soap and splash is Ariana & Evans - Aromique. Really slick and what a fantastic scent. Brush was my AP 26mm Cashmere knot with a green emerald handle. Finished it off with Bulldog face cream for men. Today is St. Patrick's day so I will be drinking and eating with my wife's family. Hope you and Mrs H have a great week. Take care

From the US....Go go go UK! We need more made in England! I will buy the razor as my next purchase and want an Edwin Jagger too. Thank you Jonathan for a great product for our awesome hero Paul to showcase. I rate the shave as one of the top for 2024! Thank you Paul and to Mrs. H for her great flowers today.

Morning Paul, Great video as always. Shave of the Day for me: Muhle R89, Derby Premium blade, a generic synthetic brush, Proraso pre-share, Proraso Red, Thayers witch hazel with some sandalwood drops in plus some Nivea Men moisturiser. Not particularly expensive but it works for me as I’m fairly new to DE shaving.

CZ212 has excellent corrosion resistance. Some might call it Navy Brass. At £96 on offer Normal price is £120.

That's a nice looking razor Paul. I'm surprised that there arn't more modern razors with no overhang I really like that feature in a razor. Happy St.Patricks day to you and the Mrs. And Millie as well.

My SOTD will be Rockwell 6s plate 4 Wilkinson sword blade, Yaqi Red marble 24 mm tuxedo brush, Lea shave cream, Blue Stratos Aftershave and Nivea men Creme. MOTD Roast Pork Belly with Roast potatoes cauliflower and broccoli and lashentoes of gravy enjoy your day my friends all the best👍🏻

Beautiful flowers Mrs H. You always do such a wonderful job putting together the arrangements. And very nice shave. That razor looks really stunning. i looked around their website and they have several nice looking razors. Your sunday meal sounded delicious as well. My own sotd was my gillette superspeed, with a derby blade. And Chiseled Face's Summer Storm soap and after shave. Have a great rest of your wknd.

It's rare when you are as excited about a shave. That was a good-looking shiny brass razor. My SOTD: PAA Droid Black soap, RazoRock Game Changer .68 w/ a Wilkinson Sword (2nd use),. Post-shave was alum, witch hazel, Dove ultra hydra balm, and Droid Black splash. Your Sunday meal is posh for sure. And Mrs. H did her usual Sunday best!

Rule, Britannia! The brass version is actually reasonably priced, and I see they have aluminium, stainless and titanium versions
