Beautiful display by the birthday girl. Happy Birthday Mrs. H! Oh, to be 21 again 😉 I've been 39 more times than I care to count. I have nowhere near as many blades as you but I also limit my shaves to 3 uses. My SOTD was a Stirling all "Margaritas in the Arctic" soap, witch hazel, balm, and splash using the Rex Ambassador with an Astra (2nd use). A very refreshing shave on an almost summer day. Enjoy the birthday celebration.

Good shave Paul. My shave of the day: Rex Konsul adjustable slant safety razor, Shark Platinum DE Blade (1st use), House of Mammoth Everrett shaving brush with a v23 Fanchurian knot, The Fresher shave soap by Stirling, 3 passes and a few pick-ups, (Setting 4 - 3 - 2) Thayers Cucumber witch hazel, PAA Awesome Sauce After Shave splash, Finished it off with Nivea After shave balm.

I used to stretch a blade all week. These days, I use a blade once or twice. I have so many blades and they are cheap enough, and I get better shaves. Plus it gives me an excuse to try new blades out.

*Happy Birthday Mrs. H!* Lovely flowers Great shave I saw online, when looking up the soap, they have a matching Orange Chill witch hazel based aftershave with aloe. I think it’s time to get one of each. I have always loved and used Feather Blades. The malarkey of too sharp has always been laughable. For DE shaving the point vs cartridge is to not use pressure against the skin. So to get a good shave, the blade needs to be sharp. The safest blade is the sharpest - ask any chef, wood carver, etc… that uses a blade professionally.

Hey Paul! Nice shave, great combo for the starting summer. Just an idea, but how about a tribute shave marking the upcoming anniversary of WWII D-Day? It was June 6th, 1944. It is the 80th anniversary! Most of our war vets have passed already, so it would be nice to honor them while we still have a very few left. Thanks as always for your efforts! JimG

Very nice shave. And beautiful flowers. I always like the look of that razor. My own sotd will be a cold water shave with proraso green soap, and skin bracer splash. Im working today so its a good work day shave

Razor Emporium plated my RazoRock Mamba 70 in rhodium. Gives me excellent glide. Took an old ball end tech with the brass ( cracked) handle. Replaced tubing handle to 90mm total. Loaded tubing w/weight 33g/total head & handle 66g. One can use it carefree. #2 use Gillette yellow sharpe edge blade,AP-shave high density synthetic brush. Still enjoying RazoRockXXX shave soap, using apothecary shave mug👍👍really getting great lather. Get that X-tra shave for the Mrs. let her enjoy her day. The best

Great shave paul. I love pineapple orange lemon chill soaps on a warm day. Lovely and cool. All them eggs do you mind worrking in other room. Lol SOTD beavers orange soap Rockwell 6c razor 830 semogue Ce va moisturiser Big ben blade Diwan aftershave Motd Sirloin steak Small tatws Green peas. Lashento of butter. You have a german razor that takes 2 blades. Can you demonstrate a shave with. Got one but not sure how to load. Cheers Greg S. Wales.

and that's funny u Mention. icecream man! cuse here in the us were I live in brooklyn ny befor moving to Florida it was always on my block and kids would go nuts! but we're my grandma from the island puerto rico us puerto ricans didn't see much icecream trucks comeing around when I was a kid visiting my grandma

first of all " muy feliz cumpleaños para la señora H ( la guera ) , esperamos que la fiesta sera llena de pasteles y que la familia venga a felicitarla , como dijo usted su hermana , la mama , etc ", yes the head of the edwin jagger is a very nice razor, I did like much the corresponding brush , the same color orange, among all my stirling soaps orange has a nice scent also with the glacial edition, the splash has a more stronger scent , did you check from stirling the satsua , the lime chill , the citron etc , very very nice scents
