I have ordered from you many times over the years mostly for Saeco and Gaggia machines. I am in the process of getting a JuraE9 machine from ebay and anticipate that I will have to make repairs. This is the best video out there to show and explain all of the parts that typically go bad on Jura machines and I thank you so much. I made an order on December 30 and got it on Jan 3. You can't ask for faster service than that!! Thanks again for the help you have provided me and everyone who has asked for it.

Hi Parts Guru, Great video and so detailed. It encouraged me to tackle my own machine which is an Impressa F9 that really needed a good clean inside. I was so confident I took everything apart. Even disconnected all wires from powerboard to access underneath it. I took lots of photos but my problem so I know how to put back together again. I did not notice there were two blue wires coming from the solenoid type V32E to the power board were both blue and look exactly the same. So when I went to connect these blue cables to the powerboard I do not know which connects to TM5 and which connects to TM6 on the power board. I am not sure if the two wires are interchangeable so I did not connect them. Are you able to shine some light on which wire from the solenoid goes to TM5 and which one goes to TM6. Any help would be appreciated these blue cables are all that has stopped me from completing the project and turning on the machine.

Thank you for this video! I just acquired a 10-year old E8 machine, which had recently started leaking in a strange way: Every 10th or so cup of coffee, it spills out a cup's worth of water - other than than it runs fine. I plan to order the oval screwdriver from you and take a look - but in the meantime - is there an obvious other part to order/replace? The membrane regulator? Apparently the past owner spoke with Jura USA tech, who mentioned an O ring or a tube - though this is 2nd hand info, from the past owner. Any suggestion is appreciated - thanks!

Hi Daniel, I don’t know the last time brew group was serviced. In addition to ordering the oval head tool, I suggest you purchase the Jura tune up kit so you have all o-rings and gaskets needed to overhaul the machine. Part number is 0010731. You may view it by clicking the link below: www.shop.partsguru.com/Jura-OEM-Sealings-Kit-0010731.htm

Hi. I have a leak with my F7. After watching your instructional videos, I would guess that the problem is going to be the cell membrane regulator. This may sound like a dumb question, but what type (exact name & size, please) of screw driver do I use to remove the screws in the back of the machine? I own a ton of tools, but cannot figure this out.

Hi, brilliant instruction video. Thanks! I'm having an issue with an F9 which is constantly displaying the "tray missing" message even if the tray is installed. I have identified the internal switch but pressing this has no effect except on very rare occasions. I'm guessing that the switch is faulty or needs cleaning. Can you advise how to get at the switch? It looks like I need to remove the pump but I am not quite sure where to start. Many thanks!

My Impressa f60 coffee comes out at 158F (70C) this is not hot enough. What is your suggestion? change the temperature sensor or the water boiler?
@PartsGuruUSA
@PartsGuruUSA 3 года назад
Descale the machine. Run multiple cycles to flush out the calcium sediment to improve the hot water temperature.

Hi. Thank you very much for a super useful video. You have saved me several times over. After I successfully fixed several different issues, I now have a leak from the Fluid Connector coming out of the thermoblock. It is the one with two tubes above each other. My problem is, that in all pictures and diagrams this is made of abs plastic with 3 o-rings and 3 hair pins. But my F50, like in the video above, is made of metal. I replaced the two o-rings for the teflon tubes, but the leak seems to be from the top, where the nut connects the connector to the tube comming out of the Termoblock itself. When I took it apart, it seems to be connected just metal on metal, without any o-ring. How is is supposed to be sealed please? ...I hope I have described it well enough... Thanks for any help
@PartsGuruUSA
@PartsGuruUSA 9 лет назад
GoodDeal123 Hi, you can use the white teflon tape to seal the metal F connector to the boiler outlet. Let me know if that helps.

Parts Guru THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! Worked like a charm! I had to add more tape as I went easy the first time but now it seals great, looks clean and I'm back to my lovely coffee. Thanks again, I could not have hoped for a faster reply. All the best in your business, I really appreciate what you are doing and your super useful videos. Cheers!

Thx for the video. I was able to fix one of my leaks which was the membrane regulator. But before reassemble I tested and saw that there is a small leak from the steamer wand. I can see where it's leaking but not sure if replacing the o rings will fix the problem. There is a ring on it and two o rings. Suggestions Please??

+Kelly Jansema Hi...Please advise what model Jura machine do you have? Is the steam wand leaking from the top, where it connects the bent tube, or leaking from the bottom tip of the wand that is dipped into the cup?
@AmazoniaDaBomb
@AmazoniaDaBomb 8 лет назад
Oh yes of course. I have the Impressa F7. I found the following part number on your site Item #: 0010723. It is leaking from inside where it connects to the bent tube. I think this part number will work if I follow it's instruction. Do you agree? thx.

+Kelly Jansema Thanks. Impressa F7 model uses the transparent double seal instead of the two black o-rings. I have pasted the link below. Please click to review the item description: shop.partsguru.com/Jura-Steam-Pipe-Transparent-Double-Seal-0011025.htm I can email you the exploded parts diagram, for DIY repairs. @@PartsGuruUSA thanks. I opened it up and see now that the plastic neck has broken/melted enough to not function properly. Does the replacement part have another plastic internal part or is it metal?
@PartsGuruUSA
@PartsGuruUSA 3 года назад
It is the same as the one that broke off in your machine. We tried the metal ones few years ago but gave up on them as they tend to get stuck and divert water to the steam wand instead of the brew group. The plastic stem breaks in 10 years but it works!

I have a leak that appears to be coming out of the membrane regulator which I've determined - upon my opening the machine - to be corroded. I have a Jura Capresso Impressa F7 that I've maintained well since 2009. How can I be confident that this is the source of the problem before I place a parts order? I can send a video and/or picture of the leak if that helps.
@PartsGuruUSA
@PartsGuruUSA 9 лет назад
CEO Please replace the membrane regulator. It is the frequently leaked/corroded item in all Jura machines.
@CherylO415
@CherylO415 9 лет назад
Do you have a video demonstrating repair of this part given it's frequency of failure? Ho do I know there is no issue with the pump itself? Also, the part you sell does not appear to work in the F7 per your list of compatible machines. Is that right? Thanks.
@PartsGuruUSA
@PartsGuruUSA 9 лет назад
CEO Replacing the regulator is easy. To do so, remove the clamp/fork that locks the PTFE tube to the regulator. Disconnect the tube. Hold the regulator and turn it counterclockwise until it loosens and fully removed from the pump. Also, remove the black o-ring located inside the pump. Follow the above steps in reverse order to install the new regulator. Hope the above helps! Yes, it fits the F7. In fact, it fits all Jura home and commercial machines.
@CherylO415
@CherylO415 9 лет назад
Thank you so much. That helps immensely. It also appears I have a leak coming out of the hose attached to the top of the membrane regulator secured by a pin. Should the o-ring and/or the hose be replaced as well?

Hi I have a jura impressa E40 the water pump seems not to be working would that be the problem that I get no water and coffee coming out. boiler is also cold. machine goes on normal and sets itself up but then nothing else. Regards tony

@PartsGuruUSA 7 лет назад
+Totlino Totolonio Hello Totlino: are you able to get hot water from the hot water/steam wand? Has the machine been inactive for few weeks? How often have you descaled the machine? It could be that: 1. Pump is air locked due to long period of inactivity, 2. Machine's internal hydraulic system is clogged with calcium sediments that's caused pump to fail. The pump can only push 15 bar maximum pressure.
@totlinototolonio2956

No hot water/steam from wand. Ja not used for a while. The machine is scale free all nice and clean.

lol it’s called a ceramic valve because it’s made of ceramic. I guess when you service these units you fail to disassemble and clean the ceramic valve . That is pretty scary because this is one of the most disgusting parts of the unit and gets very dirty…When you do you will see the 2 piece of ceramic that need to be clean as they are extremely smooth to form a sliding watertight connection .
