Yet so satisfying! Pity they made the Dilo smaller and less scary in the movie because they didn't want people to mistake it for the Velociraptor.

You got it wrong. The lesson was that you shouldn't leave a baby alone and unattended , less in a blackout and so close to the floor. Not to mention that she was a doctor and must have known about cases of animals that began to attack children and the elderly, for not having more precautions, this happened. PS: I didn't expect the illustrator to dare to make the image of what happened to the boy, the description left a lot to the imagination. It's not a criticism, but that's very unusual.

I'd rather get stomped on accidentally by a Brachiosaurus though not an instant death it is much faster than a Tyrannosaurus, Compsognathus and Velociraptor attack.

You'd rather be killed by raptors (novel) than by compies (novel)?! Procompsognathus in the JP novel canon are venomous. This compie venom is filled with Serotonin which can cause you to feel sleepy, drowsy, and relaxed even as you're being eaten unless a bite causes an allergic reaction which would likely scare them off. Basically, if infected with compie venom, the very intense pain of being eaten alive by compies won't even bother you in your sleep nor will you even care about the pain if you are awake as you will be in a very relaxed state watching them eat you, probably even with a goofy smile on your face as it was for John Hammond (novel), still believing that he could create a successful dinosaur theme park till the very end, marveling at his creations (compies) themselves in a dream-like state, paying no mind that they were violently and viciously eating him alive. Velociraptors (novel), on the other hand, will carve and tear you apart, usually by mauling you, lacerating you, and using their sickle claw to slice open you stomach, spilling your intestines, however, you are not yet dead nor are you even unconscious. For you see, adult Velociraptors (novel) love their torture and love to kill for fun. You are alive and wide awake but badly wounded when they start to eat you, so badly wounded in fact that you will die slowly if left alone unless rescued. And the pain of being eaten by Velociraptors (novel) would be absolutely agonizing. So, are you still sure that you'd rather be killed by raptors (novel) than by compies (novel)?

@@enforcerridley158 Wow, the raptors from Jurassic Park book are really brutal. They killed disemboweled Wu and Arnold, and even tore apart a baby raptor, of their own kind, and devoured it. They even know how to climb! The scene where Ellie climbs a tree to run away from them and then two of them start climbing up chasing her is scary. They just didn't do more things because they didn't have time. And I love the way the raptors are defeated in the book.

Yeah. I'd rather die from a Tyrannosaurus Rex attack than any other carnivore in the JP novels.

Watch the Lost World. You won’t be disappointed.

I know right? The may be small and look harmless, even to the point of being cute, but they are deadly, especially with their poison.

The scene where Dieter Stark was attacked and eaten by a pack of Compys was pretty brutal, though he kinda deserved it for bullying the little guys lol.

@@Jurassic_Allosaurus I’ve just seen from different creators only illustrated bits of Crichton’s first JP book in videos. I’d like to someone do the whole book in multiple videos to get a better idea of it. Cause it makes the scene 10 times better! Like someone illustrated nedry’s death and it made it better. One person has even animated a scene which was quite impressive!

It’s on the list and it’s the sleeping t Rex but I can do the Dilophosaurus versus the T-Rex
