Hey Varsity! I'm a big fan of your content, I'm the player Snoopy (JaVaa.UCF) from game 4 on Outback where you said I was likely cheating along with my buddy Wilson. We've been playing with each other for a couple years now and that game was pretty exceptional (we almost lost but brought it back in OT). You didn't end up covering the ace clutch I got on round 8 against those guys but looking back through the replay I can see why they're concerned lmao. I can provide clips from my POV of that match if you'd like, I've played against you before a few times in ranked (I get shit on in a couple of your vids lol) and I can assure you I've been playing this game legit since I started playing. That's my main account and I play for the UCF A team in collegiate CR6 (i'm not that great). I'm just barely an average diamond player, nothing super insane but when Wilson told me we were in a hacker replay vid (honestly never thought i'd be featured in one so that's cool) for that game I was sad to see you didn't get to cover the round I popped off on lmao. I once thought a guy was hacking, he had bad stats on R6 tracker but stomped us in game After watching the replay, turns out me and my team just sucked and this guy was just a Smurf, lesson learned

I feel like you’re definitely right with the first guy. When I used to play with my 5 stack we would regular high plat-low diamond. Once They stopped playing, I was hard stuck silver and gold but still played the same. Theres a lot of stupid plays in silver and its hard to make up for stupid.

imma be honest, the way i found your channel is that i desperately wanted to watch siege content and nobody else’s cut it, or they quit siege. you were my last hope and i only remembered you existed through a friend who used to watch you.
In most team based fps shooters I play around my teammates, I'm the guy that moves around the map covering a push or getting the cross angle for my teammate. I am not a solo player, I thrive in games like this by making sure my teammates have someone to rely on to cover them.
I (try to) do the same, I usually play finka or iq, maybe zero or some other operator thats good at getting intel or clearing out areas to push. Basically an instant loss if Im the last one alive, I rarely clutch matches lol. Doesnt help that I almost never get teammates that do callouts.
I don't think he was hacking, Finka LMG has no recoil, and the other team just killed each other, making it so the Finka has the confidence to push, as well as the other teammates.
I actually got a moment that kinda fits like 2 days ago where I was AFK for most the round cause I had to grab something then managed to walk in and get a 4k
Honestly varsity I can’t count the amount of times I’ve looked at replay and caught myself lining with ppl through walls and I am on console I believe that snoppy is probably innocent but Wilson could just be getting really good luck or bad luck on this case when lining up with people and there is also ubi sound and that can probably explain them lining up with people
As a solo I can testify to being stuck due to team skill. Stuck in high copper because I'm always carrying my team or playing people that usually rank high gold to mid plat. And for some reason I think you play more cheaters doing solo q, I only report the obvious lining up the head through an assortment of walls.
Also. The charm isn’t “free” free would mean having to spend no money to acquire it. You have to spend money. Either a 5$ sub. Or 9.99 a month for Amazon prime to get a “free” prime sub
I think one thing people forget as well. It’s not hard to Smurf in this game. Those low elo games where someone is “cheating” besides blatant, could be smurfing and u find out u r just that bad
I don't think the outback players are cheaters. Most of the four sus lineups looked like sound flicks to me and them being confused with the sound. Like, Alibi being confused where exactly Iana was because the running noise seemed to echo through the hall and through the rotates in site. And, Wamai was flicking to the window and was obviously staying close on the angle to hear anyone walking towards the window. The therm lineup just looked like a perfect sound flick which a regular Diamond player gets every so often imo. The only sus lineup was the Sledge flicking on to Red perfectly, but if you T-Hunt that map constantly, it wouldn't surprise me if a Diamond player got really good at prefiring/flicking onto that spot.
honestly most mid plats & above would be doing essentially the same thing a few times a day- I don't even know why varsity found the sledge flick sus other than someone happened to actually be there. In all reality, he actually missed his crosshair placement by putting it on the wall, a byproduct of aiming at positions on a map (doorframe) instead of a head position (just inside of the frame).

I was the player snoopy in that outback game (my uplay is JaVaa.UCF), i'm a collegiate CR6 player whose just an average diamond and thought it was pretty funny that I ended up getting put in a hacker replay and getting called a cheater by Varsity on top of it. Was pretty entertaining to see but I can understand it, you hit the nail on the head though it really is just sound for pretty much everything that looked "sus" from that game, that or someone was droning and calling where people were because my stack is pretty intel heavy. I'm a big fan of varsity's content and have been in a couple vids before but never a hacker replay so this was cool to see, sucks though because he thought we were cheating by round 6 and didn't get to round 8 where I ace clutched them (pretty sure that's why they reported us), woulda been cool to see that on yt but it is what it is lmfao. I neither queue with cheaters or cheat myself, and while match replays are very useful for figuring things out, like if someone is cheating, but there is a lot of context that they don't highlight that can lead people to believe average players like us (look at my stats lol, .93kd last season in d3, oof) are cheating. Not blaming him for his reasoning I just find it funny, cheers!
NGL I'd probably watch varsity play d&d feel like given the right circumstances we could see varsity lose himself in character and see him just having a great time
with the banditing a hatch thing, I know that me personally in unranked if I have bandit charges I don't feel like putting somewhere and I'm already roaming upstairs ill just put it on some random hatch as a meme.
My friend needs to get this exact thing through his head, every time he played Siege and died, he'd blame it on the opponent was hacking. Like he can't accept that theyre are people better, but if they are better they're automatically hacking.
Nah i think Maddie is cheating, you can see how they're "looking" around to make sure its safe and no one is there but that's just an alternate way of trying to not look sus because multiple times they looked for a short amount of time then looked back at the enemy not worrying about other possible angles especially on the ace round they just knew valk was gonna be right there, just looks like they're very frequently just assuming people aren't in certain spots. Also Varsity, you normally point out when people go afk for a little bit and mention that cheaters usually do this at the beginning of rounds and games to inject after the round or game has started and this person did that multiple times and you never mentioned the possibility of it being cheating but did acknowledge that they did it.
That's how it is for me rn. I rarely can hold a 1 kd in gold, but since I'm stuck in copper or bronze, my kd is a 1.5. Maybe I do belong there ion know. I be dropping double digits every game but steady lose 🤕
44:00 I think they use aim lock onto the enemys, thats why they perfectly aimed several times through a wall onto an enemy but still lost gun fights because they don't excatly knew where the enemys were, they could only guess
I watch my ranked match replays to work on stuff if I have a bad match and learn from my mistakes and I literally line up 4 or 5 people a game through walls because I know where doors and windows are and I overflick constantly. also, you’re logic makes no sense cause if they had aim lock on an enemy then they would know where that enemy was and they wouldn’t have to guess
im not entirely sure how ping affects people in this game but I consistently have to play with 240 ping. (I live in Asia and xbox population for siege is super low) so going against people with a 10 ping.. seems that 'lag kills' doesn't really happen for me. I think its just a later bullet registery since I don't notice any on screen lag.
Just a couple things that I think people should keep note of when watching replays. Since the replay stuff is still beta, and because replays are from the perspective of a specific player (pov player), I would think a reasonable assumption would be to say that on occasion there will be moments or the replay isn't 100% accurate in what's actually happening especially if somebody has a higher paying than the pov person. Specifically in things like precise aiming. A game like Siege would dedicate more resources to what is happening in the immediate vicinity of the pov player, making the accuracy of what's happening around them higher than in other sections of the map. I think this is a reasonable assumption based on debris not acting normal within replays, meaning places the pov player are not in are at a lower priority when recording. (Edit) one more thing I forgot to add. I'm not sure how the pov player's ping would affect recording. I would assume that it can affect how things would look when spectating players other than pov player but it very well could be similar to what Rocket League does. In Rocket League obviously having a high ping will make you lag, but when a scar is made and it's showing the replay, the game doesn't appear to have recorded most of the lag. The replays look normal. Siege could be doing something like this but personally I don't think it would as even replays within matches seem to still be affected by the lag at least from in match replays that I've seen
i have a 1.2 kd but im in bronze cause my teammates are literally garbage, i was gold ever season before that, my friends make fun of me for it, he hit plat 3 twice and always says how i’m garbage and it’s never my teammates, im just the worst at the game, he doesn’t even know how to mav trick

Played a game yesterday where a guy was insisting someone was cheating, but I was killing the "cheater" every round and sneaking up on them. The guy accusing was 1/4, like okay buddy can you tell me if the cheater is in the room with you now?
I was guilty as a young siege player of everytime I got wall banged or found out when breaching I would suspect cheating but then I realized I needed to get a lot better
Is this a replay thing or why does they often have no recoil at all? For example for the second guys when you he has just good recoil control he has no recoil at all.
Personally never understood why people like to change their game name. Mines changed once in the past 15 years only because I couldn't get the name before someone else all the time on different platforms.
They were probably angery and couldn't accept the fact that someone is better That's basically what I do when I get really angry too. Just skill issues
i dont play ranked because 2 step verification really screwed me over one time and i lost my account, took forever to get it back. ive been a casual warrior for like a year now
Everytime is call out a hacker i got elo rollback. Sometime i get some back or lose some if the hacker was in my team. And sometime i get elo back without even knowing there was a hacker
Once I had the opposite, I stopped being good, so I was like “damn this guy is good holy shit” then his teammates say he’s cheating, I go to match replay, he’s preaiming watching through walls, like holy shit he was obvious, but it was rare to have that happen, most of the time I just suck
Whenever i do sus peeps for cheating i usually just report them and if they get banned they get banned, i dont make a big fuss over it and just continue on with my day, not much more to do
if you play this game for over 5 year and still care about where your rank are... you are cute. wish you luck.. no matter how high we get. we still do stupid shit from time to time. it doesn't really matters.
Varsity’s note to his subs “just because you suck, doesn’t mean they’re cheating”. my note to Varsity “just because it’s called ‘hacker replay’ doesn’t mean you have to look for every single tiny thing that could maybe possibly be even considered minimal hacking”. every time I watch these videos, I get physically angry because you say someone’s hacking because they looked at someone through a wall or they had no recoil. I watch a lot of my ranked replays to learn from my mistakes, I literally line up 4 or 5 people through walls a game because I know where the doors are and I randomly flick around to check corners. I have good recoil control on most guns and the ones that I have bad recoil control on (like Ela’s Scorpion with angled grip for instance), it looks like there’s no recoil when i’m moving and shooting at someone because the horizontal recoil doesn’t show up as much if you’re moving horizontally. also when you said that twitch had no recoil on Chalet shooting through the window, 1. you can see the bullet smoke tracers when you pause it after he headshots the Oryx (and he also shoots off at least 2 or 3 shots before killing him). 2. I have a lot of shots kill people like that because I get lucky with the rng. 3. when you said it was like the cheat kicked in to flick to his head, that was first shot kickback, the reason they have the muzzle break in the game to counter that because it’s purpose is literally to make first shot recoil less and come down quicker. and on Chalet in the basement when he aimed onto the mute through the doorway, you showed the mute’s pov and it clearly showed that the mute lined him up through the wall as well. just some tips for your next video because it’s things like this that make me and i’m sure others mad or laugh at you because we can immediately debunk it.
I wish I would’ve kept playing siege as it went through it’s multiple changes.. used to be a mid tier Plat 2-3 player BEFORE CHAMPION RANK WAS EVEN A THING. It’s was just P3, P2, P1 and DIAMOND rank. Now that I’ve come back to the game my rank is mid tier Gold 2-3. Frustrating cause I know how to play the game and win rounds and make situations easier for my teammates. But people really just play operators for the gun that comes with them and my teammates just end up getting greedy and just go for kills on defensive rounds. Don’t get me wrong it’s good to do that ofc it’s how you win most rounds you deny the plant and pick them off. But when I have teammates that are constantly misplaying an operator it pushes me further away from the game lol. I hate going 9/4 when my teammates all doing fuck all going 1/4 or 1/2. I’ve lost so many matches this season thanks to players not wanting to listen to my callouts either. It’s like everyone thinks they’re the best and can top frag every match. Please play smarter don’t make the game more difficult for yourself than it already is. Sincerely a Y1/S1 player.
So if I have a 1.4+ (this season currently 1.7 KD) KD for the previous 4 season in plat 3-1 while solo queing then it means that I'm not trash?? Cause I can't get out of plat but beacuse of that I always felt like I'm not good enough to make it to diamond. (almost carrying every match) But it turns out that my teammates are bad and not me. That's comforting.
Man, I got in to gold the first time last season. I somehow got better but my team still played bad. I even got tied so much to where my kid is lower than the cost of doge coin.
varsity really doing ubis job. Why dont they give more creators or even higher ranks the ability to look over games just to get rid of the really stupid reports then ubi can determine if there cheating. You could get rewarded for looking over these games and I feel like it wouldn't be that difficult to implement.
Just to ask anybody else who's using r6 tracker, are your operator stats pulling up for seasoned, cause it wont show my seasonal stuff and wint update my existing operator stats.
