I find that I'm now usually asleep before the positive affirmations start. This was not the case at first. Getting better all the time. It helps to note my anxieties, then let them go. Gets them done and out of the way. 3 weeks into this sleep meditation. Very relaxing! Thank you.

I found that instead of fighting constantly to not think about things that were making me anxious, thinking about them really helped me to let it go. I felt great the next morning. This meditation really worked for me, thank you 🧘♀️

I just listened to someone else who tried to suppress the racing thoughts with visualization. My thoughts were still racing, so I came to you. As much as I enjoy many of your meditations, I found that bringing ALL of my worries and anxieties to the surface did not release them, but made them rage all the more. Things that I wasn’t anxious about that were mentioned to bring to the surface stayed with me. I’m now far more on edge than I was before I listened. Thank you for posting, but it had the exact opposite effect.

Yes me too! He really works and can calm me at night to sleep about 85% of the time when other popular yt video guys I tried didn't. He has a ton of videos so find ones that work for you. I'm just starting with the manifesting, in the past couple months since I started I really can tell a difference with little things in my life (I've had a rough and really stressful few months) but it's getting better! I still haven't received that $10,000 but it is coming! 😉 😴💰💘😀

Hey there maybe try shorter guided meditations. It does take time to work. Or there's native American Indian meditations. Binaural beats and delta waves r amazing. There's so many others. Hope you find some relief. Anxiety is a bitch. Breathing exercises r a great start to.

Hey, I need help. Please read this 🙏 I used to be happy until I lost people and went into highschool. I don’t show my sad emotions at school, at least I try not to. I suffer from a lot of things like health anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, stress and more. I find it really hard to sleep nowadays and Im becoming really restless. I haven’t talked to anyone about it, besides one person (My friend). I’m too scared to seek medical help or talk to my family about it. I’m trying to seek help with other people with the same things I’m experiencing but I feel like I’m being judged. Someone who also suffers from these please tell me how you cope. Thank you so much. Please can someone tell me how many nights you're supposed to do this for in order for it to change your subconscious? Is it 21 nights? Referring to the theory thst it takes 21 days to form a habit?
I love your meditations. Try help me to get to sleep but I find myself waking up just shortly after they end. Can you do like an 8 hour one for just sleep?
