If you're actually in bad health then you'll be treated but if you're just wanting a sex change or unnecessary abortion 9/10 a Republican isn't going to be accepting of that. Fairly reasonable if you ask me tbh. To clarify, just in case. I fall under Republican ideals mostly but I do not consider myself a Republican. I agree that the choice of abortion should not just be legal and does require some regulations. I do think women who are r*ped or m*lested of any kind (censored bc ya know RU-vid) deserve a choice of abortion bc they didn't make the decision to give up their body for sexual conduct. However on the flip side if a girl told me she got knocked up by a guy she had sex with completely willing, then she messed up and doesn't need to kill the baby for her mistake bc she didn't have to have sex with them especially unprotected which is risk of getting pregnant involved there obviously so, if she did the nasty willingly unprotected and got pregnant then she should bear the responsibility she chose not just cast it off as a mistake and act like it's not a human life growing inside her. If I were a woman who got pregnant but didn't want or knew I couldn't raise them I'd birth them and give them up for adoption, so many people would love to raise the child bc they don't even have the opportunity to. Ofc some women do have medical problems that could kill or hurt them having the baby and if they die then the baby dies anyways most likely so in those cases I would say yes you have a choice but I'd still scold them for at least not trying to wear protection or all the various ways we have to prevent pregnancy to begin with. That is honestly why I find the abortion discussion annoying and frustrating and sometimes women that are pro abortion are so freaking evil and psychotic sounding about their views on abortion, human life and babies. Not good people. Sex changes should be obvious tbh bc it's not necessary to do and definitely not a health matter, mental health debatable but not physical health, like you do not need surgery and tax dollars should not pay for it, that should not be the case in this matter at all. People should be responsible for that themselves, pay with their own money to get those kinds of surgeries. But hey that's my exact opinion on those matters. I know some Republicans would agree with me but others would not, being the "radicals of the right" ig you could say. Sometimes a conservative is so religious they believe all life deserves to live even if it's a r*pe baby but I don't agree that far. I do feel bad for the baby though bc it can't help where it came from so it's a shame on both fronts.

It recognizes, that there is health disparities in the US, and that has cost billion,s of dollars, not to mention it has cost lives. The fact that I ask this question suggests clearly, that Health Equity is not a priority among Republicans. At least, not that I am aware.
