The device I'm playing is a Novation Circuit. All sounds are from Yves Big City's Delorean Dream pack which is a TREASURE - isotonikstudio...
USUALLY I record sending a USB cardioid mic into Ableton, track muted; circuit into iRig Pro into Ableton, track soloed but very low volume so I can hear it enough to sing with but there's not much bleed into the mic and I can mix them separately. I don't like singing with headphones. For this, however, the Circuit performance is live but I recorded the vocals separately because I couldn't get 'em right. I'm not a purist. I know a lot of you lot are.

But our Circuit's finest moment was when her and her cousin made a 4/4 beat consisting of 16 distorted kicks, hit play, and then manically pogo'd in the middle of the living room shouting 'WE'RE IN A BAND' for about a minute before my mum rushed over and turned it off as it was giving her a headache. But it's lead to me getting things like a Synthstrom Deluge, and a Behringer 303 clone, in a 'dad-techno' midi life crisis fashion.

I've been a fan of SOPHIE since 2015. I've never seen this cover. I've been on a SOPHIE youtube video haul and came across this video. This is an amazing version of JLWNSG. You look like you're having so much fun. Definitely needed this!

Thank you so much! It's a really really great pack - got me out of a Circuit rut. It's the first pack really to make me think I should have a proper look at doing my own sound design for the Circuit, I didn't realise it was possible to get this kind of warmth out of it.
