Interesting idea, but I think I’d use less eggs and beat them first. And put the cheese in with the beaten eggs. I’d probably add some onions and peppers too
I sometimes use scissors to cut food due to my illness and disability I feel more confident than with a knife other than that I use a knife but I agree with your viewpoint great recipe though

Actually this looks like a nice shortcut for a Bacon & Egg pie! No fussing around with pastry, pie crust, filo, blind baking etc. A wider bread loaf would be easier to fill, and have all the eggs in 1 layer instead of 2. Lots of topping combos. Could brush the bread outside with butter, garlic\herb butter, flavored oil. Could use the scooped-out bread over the top with butter\oil for a crunchy crumble topping.

bro. okay use like half as many eggs, BEAT them in a bowl, add cheese into the mix, add cream into the mix. season as she says or how you like. okay on a pan, throw the ham shavings in, trow some onion in, throw some GARLIC in, throw butter in. if your adventurous throw some spicy pepper in. let it all golden. now literally dump the pan into your egg/cream/cheese mix and then put THIS mix into the bread. bake. enjoy
This seems kind of gross no matter what but it would be much more palatable if everything was pre-mixed in a bowl and then placed in the bread instead of having giant chunks of yolk. Just pre-mix everything except the cheese so you have the top cheesy layer.

I made this years ago when my children were young now I’m my grandmother. It is so good. Good job. I love to do things with dough and I just make all kind of food with it. I grew up in a bakery business my father always all our life as were growing up, he owned bakery And I learned so much from him and my grandmother and now when my kids see me in the kitchen one by one they would come and ask mom what are you making today? I would answer them. It’s a surprise because I don’t know myself what I’m gonna be making today, 😂it is delicious. Whoever is watching you’ve got to try it. me I use onion and garlic with it. @steviejetera1601 Why should she? Scrambled eggs are a choice, but I prefer eggs cooked with whole yokes. If I were to make something like this I would cook it less, with soft yokes.
@@oneslowgp you’re right, they’re boiled. However, they certainly look pretty much identical to boiled eggs. Lol. When she cut into them, one would think they were boiled if they didn’t know better.
Which is the point, if you scramble it, it would make the bread soggy by being too liquid. I believe the boiled egg also adds an Asian touch, which is very common for Asians to do this in a lot of their recipes. Have to admit, it is one heck of a breakfast sandwich😁

Would be better if u pan fry or air fry the ham first. I would personally just use cooked bacon. Maybe add some broccoli and spinach. I would also whip the eggs first.
Very clever way to make breakfast sandwiches but scrambling the eggs would have been a better way instead of using whole eggs !! But it does look good !!
