No contact for over two months , haven’t heard from her through the holidays or my bday which was yesterday . She views my social Media stories when I post them but I don’t read into that much ... I’m dating again and doing me , martial arts etc. things I should have done instead of putting her on a pedestal like I know I shouldn’t have and didn’t realize I did . I’d still be open to communication with her but she would need to really try to be with me . I feel in control now. Guys and gals it’s tough but don’t reach out and do you . If it happens it happens if not, move on . These videos as well as other coaches have made real sense of things especially when you watch and learn about attachment styles . Good stuff bro ! 👍🏻

4 months NC, after she broke for the THIRD time ( aye, I know....) with me. I know for a fact she watches my FB posts, and liked a few of them. No begging, pleading, asking why's. I'm almost 100% certain she regrets, but there is no going back unless I hear a sincere SORRY, and major changes, if she's lucky enough and I don't get a new girl by then. There is a price she has to pay for her behavior.

Initial breakup was Early November. Told her I didn’t like it, but respect her decision. Worked on me, got a new job, hit the gym tough, did new things, coversated with new women, felt guilty about it😑. Spiraled early December and lashed out at her being petty. Long story short still think I may want my ex back after she dumped me, but it’s been officially 3 weeks where I haven’t contacted her at all. Currently talking with handful of women and it feels great 👍🏾.. Pain doesn’t hurt as bad when I think about her, but whatever 🤷🏾‍♂️. If she’s supposed to be for me things will line up😒. Appreciate the content man 💪🏾.

It's true,after we agreed to work on things, she started playing games and wasting my time, so I stopped talking to her for 3-4 months. Last month I got a miss call from her at some ridiculous time on the morning on a Saturday, apparently it was an "accident". We had a small interaction which lasted 3 days , when she responded within minutes,I wait late the next day to respond back,and I ended up leaving her on read. Honestly I'm not even interested in getting her back anymore, waste of my time and energy. I'm better and more productive by myself

We always talk about how we men should be on our purpose and mission and how women value this but we should also talk about the low value/low self esteem women/people that are energy vampires and they are not there to support your goals and dreams but to manipulate you so they can entertain themselves,need to be able to recognize the red flags and cut people out of your life.

My Ex broke up with me saying she just can't handle the fact my family hate her. Now my family doesn't hate her she just never stood up to actually make a connection with them. We dated for 6 months and I'm in no contact for 5 days already. The first couple days she tried contacting me regarding me helping her with something that has to do with work (I declined helping politely) and the third time she asked if I talked to her mom. I recently came out of a 4 and half year relationship for me the hardest part about it all since i adopted the no contact rule back in august is i constantly get thoughts about her during the day which i usually drown out by focusing on my purpose.She was my first love and i do miss her to a degree but i ill admit i did get complacent looking back at it. Im not even sure the reason why she broke up with me she told me it was because i liked a girls pics. Im in a cycle of trying to think positively covid doesn’t help but as with anything time heals i hope.The only sticking point for me is that we do the same course in uni so i constantly will bump into her. I want to start talking to other woman but im kind of worried it will send a ripple of waves as not everyone knows were not together anymore and i slyly want her back. I hope that made sense . Can anyone help ?

Maybe watch some videos about getting your ex back? I don’t know if it’s the right move or not, but maybe letting her know you want her back. But only say it or email or express it once. No need to overdo it. That said, uni. You’re young. So much of yourself to get to know, without a woman by your side. You might just find you’re a totally different man and want different things and meet someone even better. Or you’ll both grow apart and eventually come back together if it’s right. I’d take this time to focus hard on yourself and not women for a bit. 4.5 years is quite a while. Who are you and what do you want, without doing things to please others?

Yh you should leave her to it, as hard as that sounds. If she broke up with you and wants some comfort, she knows where you are. A strong, high value man will never go where he is not wanted. She might even expect you to get in touch about it, so by not doing it, you show your serious about walking away, which is attractive
