Let me tell you something about no contact. When I was SCTRICT with it, it drove her nuts. She reached out a week after the breakup and had light talk for a week or so. Then I stopped responding, from then on she was screenshotting my Snapchat stories, posting non stop in her story more and more. She CRAVED that validation and attention, and watching my stories like a hawk. Then she starts making rude comments to me randomly out of bitterness cause I wouldn’t talk to her. Walked away with my dignity I tell you what.

I agree there is no coach that has any answers. Im on 8 months NC with an ex and so far nothing, its been a process but I definitely agree best option is to let her go and I did. Most recently began talking to someone new and life moves on in the end.

I don't see how you're talking about Clay and letter writing. Clay doesn't mention writing a letter in any of his videos. You are misrepresenting what Clay teaches in order to push your own bullshit. Your advice is typical of most coaches. Just do no contact and let them reach out. THAT DOES NOT WORK!! Your ex will just move on if you just do no contact. Following Clay's advice works. I can attest to that. You clearly need to watch more of his videos because you are taking what he says out of context. You do not know what you are talking about.

I started watching you recently and would like to do coaching, but find it difficult being in Australia and the exchange rate making it often 1.5 times in AUD. My ex and I broke up 10-months ago today. After I did two periods of No Contact (2-months directly after the break up and 3 months the second time when she tried to friend zone me) and she reached out each time. We spent a weekend together at Easter. My question is, should I be on dating sites/apps. I did a week after the breakup because I thought she was lying to me about being terminally ill. It angered her and made her jealous enough to send me an email to say she'd seen me on POF. I've been off these sites since. In June, she started liking a heap of my Facebook posts over a couple of weeks. We started talking again. My concern has been this whole time, that if I am on the dating sites, she will see it as a sign that things can't be fixed and will give up? The last time we emailed (mid July 2022) I asked to meet with her and she said that she was hesitant because she didn't want to get hurt. I found this very ironic because she has made very little attempt to fix things herself. So I waited a week and emailed saying I'd love to see her (I know now, that was a mistake). I've been ignored for the first time, she has replied to emails up till now.
