Her story wasn’t confusing so idk why people acting so simple minded. Cops and the brother was shooting at each other obviously. Nobody intentionally killed the baby but one bullet hit that baby in the head and she just wants to know from what gun. That’s so simple to understand.
Keith this platform is needed because research has shown minority people don't get the same help as others. 😢 Lord we need you now. When my son got shot I was gone so I can just imagine her pain😢❤

They can say a lot of things about New Orleans but what they can’t say is New Orleans is not a strong community that provides help and support to others. Thank you Keith, the attorneys and New Orleans for helping this young woman out! We need justice for baby Kaci and her family ❤
To file a lawsuit...they need to release the footage and the one to fired needs to be in jail for murder and attempted murder...has this gone to trial?

I went through the same thing..the new court system donot work for women they work against them. Make your own system sweetheart. Your kids is older and they know once you get your hands on that child nine times out of ten they won't see him again. Find out what school your son go to get him from school drive to Texas and don't look back.
The system in texas truly works for the women and kids. I can vouch for them. I had a custody battle as well for years until I started putting all the pieces together. I now have all 3 of my kids. Had to pick them up from schools in New orleans and jump on the interstate went straight to Texas. Haven't looked back since.
Nobody blaming the brother. He was a menace, he was well aware of the children. He put those children in harms way. Matter of fact, the history of the brother, he shouldn't have been in that house.
There is no excuse. Why was he in the house with those children? He can beat the gf out in the streets but can't face the police? Coward and justice was served he is where he belongs.
Well ladies when you give your child the father’s last name then the father has as much as rights as the mother do. But however you have to go to civil court and file that you are the domicile parent. If you don’t file it you’ll always find yourself in the predicament.
My son father pay child support and we dnt have no court order I have full custody bby u gotta know the system phat the only time we meet in court when he owe back pay bby when it comes to our child everything in my hands 🙌🏾 Louisiana law is different but u gotta know the system and have your shit in order Ik
I believe the police shot them babies but the brother getting charged because of the “death while committing a felony” thing like if you and a friend break into a house and the friend gets killed you get charged with the murder
I just need the public school system and the parents in the New Orleans metro area bc baby the level of comprehension that some of the commenters are writing baffles me especially if you were there from the beginning of the story. She started off saying I do not know everything that happened bc I was not that close to the situation. She never said that the brother was holding the child and the children were at the house bc the mom was at the house celebrating her brother’s birthday. Like all of us have experienced celebrations do not end early. If the footage has not been released to the family the police are hiding something and are trying to make sure the family will not be able to file for a wrongful death suit. And Crump not it find someone else.
