Here’s the story, she met him back in 2022, he did not tell her his status, she has to learn it from other sources. When she confronted him he denied it until one day he finally admit to her he was positive. She remained in the relationship with her of course making promises to her blah blah. Later they broke up, she attempted to expose him but didn’t pursue because they got back together. After several months they broke up again and she attempted again to expose him, but be mindful she become obsessed with gathering information from women he was once in a relationship with or his family members or anyone to bring him down ONLY when they are not together. He’s not innocent at all because he habitually Lie about almost EVERYTHING, the son in a nutshell was trying to say she knew he was positive but she stayed with him up to about two months ago when she attended his daughter ring ceremony. Now since he’s engaged to another woman she wants to expose him and tear him down. She’s not advocating for people who are victims of HIV she’s using that excuse to tear him down. Yes, he should have been brought down long time ago and she had the tools to do so, but refused because they were together…
He was dead wrong for doing this but I know for a fact the DD214 does not show medical history at all... that is a discharge paper all veterans get upon leaving any branch of the Military...I work for the VA. The DD214 is a record of Military duty stations, addresses, discharge type... stuff like that nothing medical at all. The only way to know a persons status is to get tested prior to intercourse and throughout the relationship, not for trust issues or anything but to keep yourself healthy. I knew of him via DJ'ing only but this is very shocking. But why not say something way before now to help others, you been knew but come out after he's with someone else. This whole story, timelines and are all over the place.

So he was sleeping with men in the military?...possibly??? Because if he had it prior to enlistment he wouldn't have been allowed to serve in active duty during that timeframe. He contracted the virus while he was in the service, which is probably why he was discharged. He was discharged for medical reasons, possibly? The DD214 will list his medical issues if he was discharged from the service for health reasons. If a man brings your grandmother to her doctor's appointment, or sit with you in the dmv, or go out of his way to fix your mother's tire, wouldn't you start falling in love? What if he fixes your car? paints your house, meeting your love language, wouldn't this drop your guard some...especially if you're in a vulnerable situation. This is how sociopaths gain access to their victims. Except, in this case what this guy did is sociopathic and psychopathic behavior. (HIPPA laws only have to be upheld by healthcare professionals who took the Hippocratic oath. A civilian will not be held responsible by Hippa laws, however, one should be cautious about sharing another individual's health records...BUT...in this case, this is a public risk and deserves a public service announcement. I wish she would have not talked to the son because emotions are high. What the son doesn't realize is that she has a right to gather intel, that it was in her best interest to become an investigator to get enough information so that he can face prosecution...if she stayed with him, she had her personal reasons until she gets the closure that she needs.
Whoever the woman was that came in at the end definitely made valid points but she also contradicted herself. As individuals, yes we should protect ourselves. Yes we should get tested regularly. However, she stated even when you get tested some things may not be detectable as of yet. Also, condoms are not 100% protection. With that being said, this can happen to anybody. Even someone who is being extra cautious. Also, it’s really horrible to victim blame when the real villain is the person who knew. He knew prior to sleeping with her, he knew after they had sex, he knew when he asked to marry her and he also knew when she asked him his status. HE STILL LIED. Not only to her but to countless women. This is not a case of her not being accountable. It’s a case of why tf wasn’t HE accountable? He intentionally spread the disease with no remorse or respect. He told lies to fabricate his life and help cover up his disease. He manipulated, and he lovebombed while destroying someone. The woman showed courage for speaking on it. And she stated her reasoning was to stand for other women not just herself. I can only applaud her for that. But she is a victim and it was very hard to watch her being blamed for what was done to her.

I don't think the son should be held accountable for his dad actions. Especially since she said he just met his Dad a year ago, and doesn't truly know him. Yet they are blaming him and holding his words to the fire for his Dad. Then they both confirmed the son told her prior and they still tried to move away together and she still showed up at a family event to so called support him but now telling him he won't have work due to his unavoidable tie to this mess🤦🏾♀️. If he has "allegedly" been positive since 2001 (because his discharge papers from the military stated that he was positive), then where are the affected women? I'm not from NO, but asking a question.
Keith need to have a microbiology or epidemiologist to educate people on the difference. There is no cure for AIDS but there is for HIV. HIV and AIDS is too different things. People can live forever with HIV not AIDS.
