Nothing else like a pair of Justin boots.. I have been wearing them since I was a kid back in the 70s and 80s on the ranch.. My go to work and riding boots have always been the Ropers, but I think I'm gonna go ahead and get me a pair of these also..
The break In period for walking heeled boots is same day, especially with a top brand like Ariat, Justin, Dans. These aren't cowboy heels and even those when the moon is right are same day. We don't normally buy distressed in South Texas cuz the sun and heat does that in one summer on a working boot but these are nice all the same. The entire bent rail series is pretty nice.

I buy a new pair every September for fall and winter. my first pair were Justins black lizard I purchased in 1985. still wear them. Nice seeing you again.
So we're a year and half on. How are the boots holding up? Are they still as comfortable as they were right out of the box? Have they broken in and aged well?
Just bought these and the leather is soft and comfortable. There is no break in period wore them to work all day(teacher) and felt great. Not sure as to the durability of the boot but only Time will tell. Nice video man.
@@whitechongo778 Been wearing mine for about 6 years now for riding, walking on rock and road, general shit kicking. Super comfortable, keep them well conditioned and they will last. I'm about to get this pair resoled, at least the heel plate replaced.
It sucks that Justin's do not make boots in a men's C narrow.... The ones they do make I have no want to buy. Very frustrating. The ones I did try on today felt SUPER comfortable especially in the heel, even though they were to wide.
Always buy American-made boots. Chinese boots are CCC (cheap Chinese crap). Buy quality, not price. Glad to hear these Justins are USA boots. They are making more of their boots in China.
Do you still keep up on this video? I recently got a pair of Justin's similar to these ones I think they are BR 720s and I believe they sat on the shelf for awhile and I got a good deal on them. Should I condition them? And if so should I just use the typical bick 4?

Don't get me wrong. There are some wonderful things China has to offer. Everywhere on Earth is awesome in it's own way. But.. American companies outsourcing labor to these poorly treated workers in hopes to save a money is a big downfall in this day and age. Ariats are all made in China and in my opinion. Boots are the last thing I will ever buy that are not made domestically.
What is the break in period on Justin boots? I hear some folks talking about they put a brand new pair on and went straight to work only to be hurting a few hours later. I haven't traditionally been a boot wearer but I've owned some many years ago but i think they have more character to them than most other footwear.
***** That's the best way to break them in, a little at a time. most people throw them right on and go work all day and their feet are killing them later, nice boots though.
+Rock N most boots will "form" to your feet over time with the 'break in'. unless there is a defect they should be fine if they are the correct size for your feet.
Chris Potts Back in September, I bought some pull over Wolverine work boots and it took some weeks to fully break them in and they have molded to my feet very well. I've loved them but want to eventually get some Justins also.
Looked at buying these online, about half of the reviews say the size run 1/2 size large...was your boot true to fit or did you get a smaller boot size than your normal shoe size? Thanks!!

I think you should only wear them when you go out not too work in cause you paid so much for them its just stupid yo walk in mud or dirt or even to work in
