I've never seen the Moody Blues but so fortunate to see Justin Hayward in Portland Oregon at the Revolution Hall. He's an amazing singer still... his band so Very talented. I was here to cover the show for an article. I got so absorbed and the music captured My heart for all the times the many years I heard This voice and here I am finding myself taking photos it was surreal. Beautiful experience it will cherish always

Dear Justin, I'm Brazilian and I don't know if you will read my comment. I learned to like the band Moody Blues when I first heard this beautiful song composed by you, that was in 1974, I was then 12 years old, from then on I'm your fan and the band's fan. Congratulations on having this wonderful career together with your bandmates and a hug from this friend and fan.

The Moody Blues' albums were such a prominent soundtrack to my life in the late-'60s through the '70s. They were comforting in times of pronounced "altered-reality" (a frequent facet of life, back then), and frequently played while driving to destinations near and far. 'Glad I was suddenly made aware of this channel today. Thanks for all your music, Justin.

There was a time when this song hurt desperately. I remember hearing it live once, lying on a blanket looking at the stars and feeling hopeless. Then along came a beautiful girl who said yes when I asked her out... in 1987. We even saw The Moody Blues live together. We have been married over thirty years now and Mr Hayward is still singing this song. Amazing.

Yep it takes me back to when I was 18, particularly Are You Sitting Comfortably. Next to Nights, which is beautiful but very sad, is Are You Sitting Comfortably. With Nights it is like a contradiction, i.e., so very beautiful yet so very sad. Justin said in an interview that in Nights is about lost love and a kind of death...of being forced to let go. Then you have that beautiful, haunting voice of his when he was young. I told my now husband when we were engaged that I loved Justin Hayward and to be prepared to hear the Moodies music all the time, particularly Nights. Lols...i still have to have a Moodies' fix everyday and even in the car! Poor hubby.
