@Cris Barker He has definitely done some horrible things by letting that construction company stay open, and letting his mother take 10 grand from a charity to speak at that arena for them. What else did he do that I missed? Sometimes it is good to just have fun without accosting our elected leaders with political intrigue. I'm not the PM's biggest fan, but I don't have to be down on him all the time. I'm trying very hard to be Canadian and keeping that American cynicism at bay.

@@DBeau73 Phone apps correctly set up and used by citizens have done wonders controlling this virus in many countries around the world. In some countries it was MANDATORY to have the app in your phone. The app allows people to self isolate after possible infection with a notification on your phone instead of an army of people contact tracing people one at a time. You seem to be pretty worried about your privacy....what are you doing that you don't want anyone knowing about?You use the term liberties.....surely YOU are the American in this conversation. Well yes. That's how you get the code. You go get tested in an app using province and they give you one you can decide to enter or not. The big problem is it has a duration right now of two weeks . BC has been trying to get this changed since before it launched. It's likely contributing to the demand as it should be impossible for that to make you sick so it's not a useful duration .
Should everyone looking for a job download that COVID-19 tracer application or they won't even get to be interviewed for any job they apply for helping people to follow up after doing the same? [Something tells me that it would take too long for me to get an answer from anyone in authority around and so maybe I will download that app too] Except for one thing. Weren't we already told by medical research scientists before the second wave of COVID-19 hit us that contact tracing apps are not going to work anyway after the number of new cases of COVID-19 per day already gets over a certain rate per day? And so why should I be told that I have to stay home after the cases get over a certain number rate instead of me working?

We need to open the border to try and get back some of what he's given away and maybe save some Canadian businesses. If Justin Bimbo cared about us he wouldn't have bankrupted the country and tried to sell us out. The app doesn't have any personal information, it alerts a phone number that isn't linked to you or any of your online accounts like Facebook or Google. It's just bluetooth, really. It won't tell you where or when we tracked you, that's for our government use. It kind of seems like house arrest with worse consequences.
