Finalist Justus West's performance of "High Lonesome Sound" with Vince Gill at Guitar Center's OnStage Finals, recorded live at The Mint in Los Angeles, CA on September 28, 2016.
Came here because I just saw him rip it up in a jazz style on a tribute to Mac Miller at a tiny desk concert. I want to see more of this kid because he has a great personality as well as a brilliant ability to play the guitar.
"... let me know I've failed, so I can move on with my life..." true words Justus, funny how things work out when you're not afraid to go big and (possibly) fail... keep it up young dude
Just discovered Justus today and he's impressive. He played so relaxed next to a country guitar legend at such a young age I can't wait to check out what he's doing now.
Just saw him rock the tiny desk performance with ty dolla sign for mac miller tribute he has a lot of heart that's all I can say and that he's special gifted ability with that guitar
this kid was like Vince Gill, Marty Stuart and Brent Mason all in one, he probably should have one, his playing through the whole song fit, Arielle was excellent too.
What a funny accent he has! His playing was cool too, I'm usually not a listener of country-western, but this wasn't all that "bad" . May the best guitarist win!
he has a cool tone and sound his fingers look to long for the neck but he has having fun and bouncing from note to note with the best of them looking forward to more of him
