This Hotel is the best City hotel I’ve stayed in. It is right next to Nana BTS Station And is in a good area for shopping, entertainment and accessibility. The staff are very warm and helpful as well as friendly. The room is very comfortable but the standout feature is the executive lounge team. I have many lounges Both in hotels and airports, nothing comes close to the service and experience you get on with lunch!

Can elite member choose to have bfast at the main restaurant?

Hi, at the time I stayed, elite members were meant to eat in the club lounge. However, they let me eat downstairs for free every time. Let me send a message to the club lounge manager and find out if there has been any change the policy.. i’ll get back to you once I hear from her

Hi, so I have the information back from the club lounge manager. She says that titanium and ambassadors can enjoy the breakfast in the main restaurant which is JW café, but platinum members will need to pay a special price of 250THB++. I hope that helps.😀

I asked for her permission first and she wanted to be in the film. I have the total respect for all including staff, hence why I asked for permission first. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply to this comment. I was wondering that myself. It creates a certain awkwardness for the viewer when we don’t know if filming the staff was permitted or not.
