i feel like JYPE always treats the newly debuted artists the best, and it makes sense but it really sucks for the older groups. got7 (when they were still in the company) and day6 are basically forgotten. and twice is on the whole other side of the spectrum because they're basically the money makers of JYPE, where as got7 and day6 are basically jobless when they're not promoting, twice is literally getting overworked to their core.

She left to be in a sub label which I think she decided in accordance with JYPE after considering that big companies demand bigger income, which her as soloist was not able to bring in contrast with the groups. I think the reason why she left in good terms is because she also understood the company's side and the company understood hers. A sub label would probably give her more attention and space to sing than a big label, like most soloists are not from big labels for a reason..
If she had been as pissed at jype as much as a lot of you kiddies claim, she wouldn't have let the company know that she wouldn't renew her contract 2 years prior to actually leaving , jyp staff wouldn't have offered to help her scout a new agency prior to actually leaving and jyp wouldn't have told her not to hesitate to come back for assistance if she ever needed any. It's all in Eric Nam's podcast. Yes, jype should've done a lot better to promote her career but a lot of you grossly overestimate her so called hatred for jyp. She has even said she was surprised by all the messages of congratulations she received after leaving the company. Those are things that came out of her own mouth btw
