Little does Warren know that we actually wanted to hear more of his singing... I was constantly asking myself how you even mount a rectangular shaped mic like that until the ingenious shock mount showed up.

Sounds very clear . Seems a good mic. How do I entre to have a chance to win it? May I make a comment on the mix? The electric guitar is payed constantly and it might be worthwhile choosing a few parts rather than let it run all the way through. Just a thought.

It’s great to compare this microphone versus the Roswell audio Colares on the same singer. Huge difference but both sound really great on his vocals. This one is more modern and present and the Colares is a little bit more smooth and round. Too many mics too little time. Have you used the JZ 67?

Sibilance is a bit hot for my taste but that could be a mix issue. The mic sounds like it has good body. Does anyone have any experience how this mic sounds for more baritone vocalists and hiphop delivery?

I hope someone who needs a good all 'round condenser wins the giveaway, it would be a great start for someone just getting into this craft, as it seems rather good on numerous instruments/sources! Sounds tremendous. Nice detail. Mid forward. Nice silky highs. But it looks like a pocket camera with it's guts ripped out. Lol. Plastic body? Hmmm. Seems like a flimsy bit of kit to me. really nice mic but the vocals sound really fatiguing to me, infact alot of pop vocals have that same sound which i dont like. theres this 6kish thing poking about.
