I'm also a fan of old school k-beauty faves so my favourite essence is the Missha Time Revolution essences! I think it's considered a bit of a product for older women so maybe that's why it's not so fashionable anymore, but I still love it and prefer it to the thinner water like toners that are to TikTok popular these days
Hello Ulrike🤗 I loved the products you mentioned! I have tried the Round Lab Toner(great!), the numbuzin oil and the manyo oil(manyo deep clean is the new version-for waterproof make up). Fantastic👍 The Lab is a brand that is trending a lot in Korea, I have seen it myself! Thank you for your suggestions🥰
Thank you for all the great recommendations. I want to try some products from the lab since I haven’t tried that brand yet. I think all of the big influencers get paid to promote certain brands.
I mean, I always say that if a brand I already love would pay me thousands of dollars for a video about them I'd happily do the same, haha. What a dream! :D But I would also always talk about products that are lesser known here in the West - it's just more interesting to me, and I get VERY passionate about new faves! 😅
dokdo toner is my HG. first tried it feels meh because its like water, but after i learn how to listen to my skin, i can feel it really gives deep hydration , not like other toner.
I definitely prefer the toner from Round Lab to the one from Anua, I just don'tn understand the hype with it. I recently bought that cream from The Lab together with a new serum from the same line. The Green Flavonoid soothing pads are great too, they are my favourite ones, I don't know why people don't talk about those.
I really want to try the Green Flavonoid pads, they look so nice! I feel social media tends to push the same 5ish products at all times, and it becomes this weird echo chamber where everyone buys and reviews the same stuff, even when it's mediocre.
