K-POP FUTURE BASS VS POP FUTURE BASS 

The mix it in different way, i think the pop version always doing the basic than kpop sometime mixing with othe style. But the song sound so easy to play is always being more popular.

@@toufaniartmeda8175 I agree and just to add the sounds we hear in pop songs is what we basically hear in kpop songs it's just that in kpop, they tend to make it unique and try to make it their own sound, using their own style. In a way, K-POP is very western inspired to me and not just Western because we definitely see some Indian, Middle Eastern and Latin music inspiration in kpop and it's a good thing which is why I got into kpop in the first place.

IMO Western popular (emphasis on popular) future bass tends to go for easy-listening and radio-play while K-Pop is going for impact. And also, Chainsmokers are featured heavily here and their production is pretty sparse, so that might be a factor as well.

And also, in K-Pop, you can have a future bass section being filled with leads, risers, more synths, and so on. Just fuller production overall.
