Today I am making a summer favorite Korean Short Ribs also known as Galbi (Kalbi).
K-Ribs:
1. Rinse and soak your short ribs in water. This will clean any impurities and give it cleaner look for the end product.
2. Dry out and place into a zip-loc bag or bowl of your choice to marinate in.
Marinade:
1. Dark Soy Sauce.
2. Fish Sauce.
3. Honey.
4. Avocado Oil.
5. Garlic Powder.
7. Chicken Bullion.
6. Go-Chu Jang.
Marinate minimum one hour or overnight if you're feeling frisky.
Cooking:
1. Air Fryer.
2. Grill.
3. Hot Pan Sear.
Let rest and cut in between the bones. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for presentation.
