Good morning Dave!!! They picked the right man to evaluate their tools!! I am so glad to see you today Dave!! Hope you have a relaxing weekend. I gotta do some yard work at my house. But truth be known..i find yard work relaxing. Doing laundry - not so much!!
100% agree on laundry.. lol. Saturday is chore day for me as well... Sunday is F1 race and some hiking with my lovely lady... Have a great weekend my friend
Looks like KTool knows a talented tech when they see one! If they have not figured it out yet you always give fair and honest opinions! Great vid and they only get better!
Dude those colors are nice!!! That's a great variety in that set. Striking caps are the way to go, great transfer of energy when trying to knock something loose. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats, Dave! I replaced my non-striking bars with a 6 piece set with striker caps by Wilde (USA- made). I believe the Hyper Tough bars are also made by Wilde.
Good looking bars..I had the same problem with my original set with no striking cap , ended up warranting 2 Snap on one's upgrade yay then they changed to the new style handle so I have one of those in my mismatched set..bought another new set from Snap & a Matco set plus cheap junk store ones (orange) couldn't not have for cheap there ok..Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend..👍
Them are some awesome pry bars got the same set from Mayhew including the bigger ones. Cornwell and Matco are Mayhew as well. Good stuff uncle Dave 👍👍👍
Hello again Dave Thank you for another Great Video. Great choice in pry bars. I have the Harbor Freight set there about ten years old. No end cap, but if needed I would hammer away. The whole set cost ten dollars. Again thank you
@@OneMechanic The weekend weather is beautiful, we might hit 80'F yet. I think spring has sprung into summer!!!! On the flipside, I am looking for work. Jobs in this area are tough to come by. Enjoy your weekend with the family.
@@georgeferlazzo7936 That sucks that you are looking for work. Look at government jobs.. Cities, counties and state. Doesn't pay the best but awesome benefits and retirement...
I personally have the newer Cornwell prybars with the strike cap and Matco (Mayhew, same as those k-tools). The cornwells are definitely more robust, but I like the Mayhew/Matco ones since they’re a little more narrow which is why I keep both sets at work
Those look like a nice set I don’t like the new handles on the Snapon pry bars I think I’m going to pick up a set of them do they have a website or on Amazon?
I’ve got the SnapOn set at work and ATD set at home, but I’ve been wanting to get the straight tip bars. I know you had a video showing off the K Tool straight tip ones, so I just might pick those up.
