NOTHING makes me happier than Toyotas/Hondas showing BMWs and Mercedes that the only thing special about their expensive European cars are the engines and their engines alone.
@@jonsaavedra175 Toyota makes lotus engines. The one in the old Exige was the 2ZZ, the one in the Elise I forgot the name of, and the one in the Evora / new Exige is the 2GR-ZE.
As far as your laps of the ring go.. that was pretty tame, and quite entertaining to see the bmw drivers pushing their absolute limits to try and hold the little MR2 off while you were sat at 80% most of the time from how the video looked anyway, I could be wrong but certainly wasn’t as aggressive as a lot of your ring videos 😂
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Danny can drive! You weren't even pushing the car to it's maximum and your quicker than those M3s with more than double the HP in the corners, only thing the M3s could do was pull you a bit on the straights. Brilliant driving Danny👍
The way the mr2 goes through the corners is impressive and effortless. I honestly thought the rear was going to slid out on some of those corners. lol wow amazing car
You can see how much the wingless white BMW was holding you back once it eventually stepped aside. The way you aggressively attacked those next corners was a thing of beauty (and bravery!) The only thing the wee car was done on was top speed, in the corners, pilot and car were in another league to those around them. Great vid!
Great driving btw Dan! Your really calm and patient! Must be frustrating going round with other drivers getting in the way but you keep a cool head. Car sounds amazing too! I’d love to go around the ring in my s2k but to nervous of other people.

Good video, some terribly driven BMWs as usual though. On the Nordsleife you get the very fast local ones flying past or the poorly driven ones that don't want to let anyone past.
