Yeah i deffo want to go to that track again in the new year. Now that I know where I'm going lol. There will be some small upgrades to the civic over winter so it'll be great to be out there with Adam again haha
@@jsdriveway yes estate and tbh… (I hate saying this) it’s manual and very good :). I liked the FN2 but my wife found it way too hard. The VRS is more drivable as a daily… I love Hondas but the Octavia VRS is less hardcore :) great track footage btw- subscribed :)
@dtrain1634 I love a fast estate and as and when I can afford one, I will have one as a daily driver - I agree that'd be a better car to drive on a daily basis - and the fact it's a manual is major plus points haha. Thanks soo much for the feedback and the sub, it goes a long way for me haha. There will be more for sure (and other content as well)
haha so this car came in on a trailer so you can tell its at-least been in the clio cup or some similar competition previously. Me and Joe in the paddock saw this was was purpose built in regards to handling and braking, big roll cage, slick tyres, big brakes, a lot of camber so this kept us with us based on how well this was set up for track also it was stripped so was super light weight, simply didn't want to hold him up and neither did J so we both indicated right to move out of his way so he could carry on
Sooo, I actually do, and I did at some corners, but I learnt also that using engine braking to slow the car down at times can be faster, especially in Hondas. Heel and toeing is tricky in the FN2 though because of thr pedal layout, but I'll master it with time hahaha
@@jsdriveway yeah takes time getting used to but once you get the hang of it it's easy. Left foot braking helps a lot in a fwd car also, again, takes a bit of time to get used to
