I've made this curry many times over the last 6 months and it's flavours are sublime I found the masala hard to understand at the end but I've got that nailed now. What a fantastic curry I'd really recommend this to budding chefs My friends and family love it Thanks Vahchef
That dry Masala mixture he made had: 1. Dry red chilies 2. Whole peppercorn 3. Whole cumin seeds 4. Whole fennel seeds. 5. Dry Fenugreek leaves. Dry roast. Let it cool. Then grind to a coarse powder. I know you have already nailed the recipe, I wanted to make it clearer 😁
I made it last night n I can't tell u how awesome it turned out..my husband loved it so so much that he ate the whole dish licking his fingers and praising me..he used to be a better cook than me.. thank you soooooooo much chef..u have made me a better cook than him now lol..keep up the good work 😊😊👌👌👌👍👍👍😃😃😃
Zeenat Rahim You sound disingenuous. On the one hand you suggest it was awesome and yet, on the other, you say that you “cant tell how awesome it turned out”?! And moreover, I for one would rather not know what your husband does with his fingers. Thanks.
Aerobie Pro Dog I guess you’re aware of “expressions” in English language and also aware of the phrase “ignore and keep scrolling” on social media platforms. If not then you must learn soon so as to avoid talking unnecessarily where it’s not even required or asked for! Thank you.
You are the best Chef....Being in US i always get the routine Buffet which tastes similar...They have dish names but no Soul in it..You again activated my taste Buds....
It has been cooking for 3 hours and the onions and tomatoes still haven't dissolved. The tomatoes still look nice and red. The meat is tender. I'll keep cooking... The karai masala was fun to make and smells great. Thanks!
Nowadays, am only cooking all my Indian dishes from your videos... and all the results are just mind blowing... Your recipes are very easy and take such less time and here in the USA, where time runs so fast, it's really really helpful!!! You are a rockstar!!!
i made this today.everyone liked it.my sister for a while couldn't believe that i made it.This was the first time I cooked non-vegetarian. but i had to add water in between to get the consistency as shown in video.this dish made my day thank u guru ji.😃

Sanjay, thank you so much! I made 5 of you recipes today for my Mum's birthday and they were all so beautiful! Garlic Fry Dahl, Brinjal Curry, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, but this one stole the show....amazing recipes, thanks! Here in Stafford, UK , there are lots of Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Nepalese people who live here now and their food is so incredible, I grew up eating it and thanks to you I can cook it now (or try to at least!) and it has opened my mind to a whole new world of flavour! Keep doing what you're doing man!!!!!!!!
"ding chik, ding chik& ding chik" essence of life! Thanks Sanjay garu! This dish never turned "awsome" for me! Reason being I never made it. I always adore you as a master chef! Your shows bring me peace! Its just like the a yoga session (just believe me) god bless you!
Dear Vahchef, thank you for another wonderful recipe. I was just wondering if you could provide us with the exact quatanties to make the masala? Thank you
Hi, just to tell you that we tried this recipe tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing so many authentic and interesting recipes 👌 👌 👌 👌 👌
Sir i love watching your cooking shows and i have cooked the Kadai Gosht. It turned out to be super delicious and my friends really enjoyed it.Thank you very much for the awesome recipe
Superb! Just one thing to ask. Don't we need to add water? Because you have not added water to it but the water is appearing at the end. Is it coming out from mutton?
This dish is awesome! Turned out really good. You are a true cook and I can see how you enjoy cooking. You inspire many guys like us to cook. Happy cooking! Great job, Thank you so much!
Hi Amna, what works for me is... Cooked potatoes or raw potatoes if the dish is still cooking.. Or you can add ghee (clarified butter) however ghee will reduce the overall heat in the dish as well...
I love your videos & recipes. I love watching how much fun you have while cooking. I can't wait to make this dish. I've been looking for a good lamb kadai recipe. Keep your videos coming. :o)
Chef, I have a question, did you fry the mutton in medium high heat? And then when you put the lid on, was it on medium heat (for slow cooking of 45 minutes)?
chef i have watched most of your videos all videos are very good and i have tried many dishes. you are very funny i like when you taste the dish at the end. ha ha ha

Hello there, Can anyone tell me what the "n" stands for in the ingredients please? I really enjoy the way Vahchef makes the recipes, he looks like he is too!
Incase u don't have kadai masala, u can add pepper corn, ground coriander masala and garam masala, , 2 spoons of lemon juice , it will taste awesome that way too , i really the way the guy have cooked this dish its 90% close to the way we cook am from pak.
