Kadhi Pulao/This recipe is for buttermilk curry lovers  

Ingredients for buttermilk curry/Chaas curry:
* Buttermilk/chaas - 700ml (thin consistency)
* Green chilies - 2 to 4 nos.
* Besan - 1/4 cup
* Jaggery - 1 tsp
* Ghee/cooking oil - 2 tsp
* Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Hing/asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
* Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
* Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
* Curry leaves - 1 spring
* Bay leaf - 1 small
* Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
* cloves - 4 nos.
* Ging -garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
* coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
* salt to taste
Ingredients to make vegetable pulao:
* Basmati rice - 1 cup
* Water - 2 cups
* Ghee/Cooking oil - 2 tsp
* Bay leaf - 1 small
* Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
* Cloves - 5 nos.
* black peppercorns - 5-7 nos.
* Cardamom pods - 4 small
* Vegetables - French beans, carrot, potato etc.
* Onion - 1 no.
* Green chili - 2 to 4 nos.
* fresh coriander leaves
* Salt to taste
* Garlic - 1/2 tsp chopped
* ginger - 1/2 tsp chopped
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
* Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
