Kadle Manoli Sukka Recipe | Chickpea Ivyguard Dry | Tindora Sukka | Mangalorean Recipes #shorts
INGREDIENTS
▪︎ Heat 2 tbsp oil
▪︎ 5 byadgi & guntur chillies, roast & set aside
▪︎ 2 tbsp coriander seeds
▪︎ 1 tsp cumin seeds
▪︎ Few curry leaves
▪︎ 4-5 garlic pods, roast & set aside
▪︎ 1 cup freshly grated coconut, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, roast for 5mins
▪︎ Add ivyguard(manoli)
▪︎ Add 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 cup water, close lid & cook for 10-15 mins
▪︎ Grind all the roasted ingredients into a fine powder
▪︎ Add in 1 cup cooked channa(kadle) & the grounded masala, mix!
▪︎ Add little jaggery & the roasted coconut, mix!
▪︎ Adjust the salt
