Just tried using the staff and I got fear, stunned, and locked over and over and over. Yeah this doesn't work any more....

make more boomkin solo's try some PVE stuff there isnt alot of that type of stuff for balance on youtube im sure u would get hits man

The staff of disintegration NEVER stopped you from being feared. It stops you from being disoriented from Conflagration and it stops you from being stunned from Remote Toy. You should burst down Lord Sanguinar first since he applies a fear and the staff doesn't protect from that.
