She speaks to Blade normally because he's her colleague and is already working towards the interests of the Stellaron Hunters. She speaks to us in a seductive, appealing manner to try and get us to do what she wants. She's hot, she knows it, but that's realistically all it is.

i also noticed this. i like it how her voice sounded more relaxed, soft, laid-back and casual when talking to Blade. gave me a sense that her trust for Blade runs pretty deep and that she feels safe with him around. Kafka always struck me as the type to not show her vulnerabilities to just anyone, putting up that mischievous and flirty facade towards most. Of course, it's like that with anyone, putting up facades on how you want others to see you as. But only showing your more softer and more vulnerable sides to the ones you deeply trust. Like a feral cat exposing their belly for you.

Like the seductive persona was just the outer shell persona to keep people in arms lenght but with blade he managed to bleed and be there for her and her him... Well she did say that Elio forsee her being changed by us so maybe she did come to genuinely care for us? Like protective care....care that might cause her to feel fear of losing us? do you even finish and read Kafka companion quest? Blade clearly said that we've been with Kafka before. And of all people that is an acquaintance to Kafka we're the longest to see the day. He further confirms that Kafka did extraordinary just to keep us safe. Kafka voice to Trailblazer is longing, when talking to blade she acts as a leader or a "Mom" to keep him in check. Similar of how he talk to SW or SAM In recent trailer. Whether she genuinely care for us or not, that may really up to the plot later. If she thinks she'll change us both then she'll be the first to be genuinely feel Fear which came from that "Caring, longing, hoping or maybe going further as loving someone" to gain that emotion which she always wanted to feel.

Looks more like a manipulative way of communication to me. There's probably a reason for her to not be fully transparent and let us trust her yet due to a certain script or something. (🔥*Personal opinion incoming, allow me to cook*🔥) I honestly prefer Kafka's Japanese dub, i don't think the English dub is bad don't get me wrong, it's just that it feels that her English VA is trying to force her voice to that seductive tone (which is the point of voice acting exists in the first place, forcing voices to fit the character) which, for me at least, makes her voice feel out of place or, like i said before, forced, as opposed to the Japanese dub which feels natural and still fits her character, being a master of manipulation and deception, with all that being said i realize that i might just nitpicking and talking out of my ass

I think that's the point but that's just my opinion. Maybe that's another condition for Spirit Whisper? Every time it's in affect she says "listen" and then talks in a seductive way. Just a speculation
