the moment u kill any sort of shellfish, ammonia from decomposition starts to build up inside their body which ruins the taste and could lead to food poisoning

crustacean creatures are so enigmatic -- you cut them in half, you place them on a 450 degree grill, and still they manage to stay alive.

I'm sure that lobster is dead since it was already cut in half. It's just nerves and muscles reaction to outside stimuli.

You did not do too good with the camera work on this video, zoomed in all the time makes for a bad video. Too close is the problem. Thumbs down

I prefer zooming out from time to time. Zoomed in the whole makes you miss 80% of what's going on the table.
