@@rudeboyshuffling-u3uit is important to clarify these things because people will just assume they're all like that. It's like when they said blm and antifa were "peaceful protesters" now people hear "peaceful protest" they'll think of burning down buildings, looting stores and murdering people.
They may be fans but have no respect at all, they were climbing all over his vehicle. I feel sorry for those who got beat up and Hirt for no reason this is real said and there is so many people too, imagine being between that crowd and people are hitting you or throwing things at you. What has this world come to honestly.
@user-my6dt8ok5f that White House attack was even worse because lots of people were climbing on the building and breaking stuff, but this , everyone is fighting each other for fun which it shouldn’t even be fun over some gaming setups. Kai should have just did it online or something not in person.
@user-my6dt8ok5f the White House was never attacked. You’re referring to the us capitol which was not attacked either. It was a large but mostly peaceful protest with a few unruly characters in the crowd. If that crowd of 120,000 Americans with 2A rights wanted an insurrection, there would have been a real insurrection. What are your thoughts on the George floyd riots that American democrats praised and promoted? Over 25 people died and over 2 billion in damage occurred to the neighborhoods of ordinary citizens all over the country.
They are abiding by the propaganda. The media wanted them to riot and revolt, and like sheep they followed every order to perfection. Now we are divided beyond belief, and easy to control as a whole. There's the real answer to your question.
It s*cks because these people just can’t act right. This could have been a great meet and greet but the violence & people damaging property took it to another level.
It’s crazy how somehow Kai didn’t think! Maybe a giveaway like this might be a bad idea. Kai’s an idiot bro. Sitting in his ivory tower telling people who look up to him “every body for themselves!” Like WTF bro… foolish
i've only watched 5-10mins of his content overall and dude was struggling to even speak and find basic words to articulate + all his takes were dumb and elementary level. I really can't believe ppl take time of their day to watch do absolutely nothing. I hope police takes this srsly and identify the rioters and take charge. Stup3d ppl need to have a reality check sooner or later or we all doomed.
@@Chris-id3vt bc at no time or point in his stream did he tell anyone to do wat they did. It was literally a regular stream. All he did was let his fans know that they were doing a giveaway in the city. So what are they going to be able to use in his streams?

all he had to do was hold a regular meet and greet with a giveaway. could've saved so many problems if everything was done legit and with securities in place. what he actually decided to go for here, was just dumb. but that's a lesson learned. not everyone matures equally.
Don't be silly, the point of this was to get as many people aware of him as possible, it's in the center of New York and now on the news. His legal fees will be less then what he will make from the new fans this will bring him. This is a game
Class E felonies can result in a person having to pay a fine of up to three thousand dollars or at least a year in prison if found guilty by a court of law.
@@sacareapyro6326 This dude is new gen American royalty. A felony would be irrelevant to his career or livelihood and year in prison although uncomfortable, would turn him into a rock star.

@stevewebster8183Greek warriors, Vikings, Aztecs, Incans, Scandinavians, and men of high social status. They all had long hair and braided them while being men
Though he cleary did not take the right measures on his side (Not informing authorities, thinking about security, etc etc), It's also just incredibly sad to see how people think it's fun and acceptable to just start rioting and destroying property. Truely shocking, like what makes you think to just do so? What goes wrong in your head?
Huh, i can't think of any other individuals that said "stay safe" but also said things that could also be considered a call to violence, and it ended up having poor consequences. I think it may have happened in a different city, but i seem to remember it being a major US metropolitan area that may not be any state.... 😉 😂
@stevewebster8183just because he has lots of hair doesn't make him a girl and millions of fighters 100s and 100s year ago had braided hair and they were men fighting with swords and all
Ain't no way your getting mad because of other peoples ignorance. At the end of the day yes, he should of contacted police before doing this. But he didn't expect that much people and those kids and teens should of known much better either way.... They should of been raised better or atleast have manners.
@Jay_Jay14260 He is from the Bronx, knows his way around here. He chose a large open space where most of the subway lines stop. He wanted a big turnout. He also knows how many fans he has and what their age demographic is. Don't be so naive. He created a dangerous situation. Give me a break.
If Kai did a giveaway elsewhere than NYC, it might not have gotten this bad. Should he be fined and charged for not having a permit? Sure. But for inciting a riot? No.
it would not matter where he held it unless it was in a jungle or swampland, these animals would destroy anything that they could get their filthy hands on, I hope he is convicted but realistically they will reduce the charges and give him a slap on the wrist.
Did he cause the riot to happen, a.k.a. did he "incite" it? Yes. So why not catch a charge for what was done? Smh nowadays people can't even ask others to take responsibility for what they clearly did. Everyone wants to be free from consequences, but that's not how the world, or society, operates.

I can understand him getting charged for throwing an event with a large crowd without a permit but you can't blame him for everything those savages did.
yes you can blame him, he is the one that put this together illegally so he has to take some responsibility for it and I hope they stick to that felony charge, to hell with him and those lowlifes that came out.
@@leycharm2223 He had security for himself. Facking Cunt going to give all that merchandise and not expect people to go crazy. The PS5 and PC are big items to just randomly give out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kai Cenat definitely wasn't the problem here. We put to much emphasis on these "public figures" and their so-called responsibility of influence that continues to surpass real home training and parental upbringing.
So you’re saying that influencing an extremely impressionable group of minors to commit criminal acts with zero regard for safety whatsoever doesn’t make him the problem? Of course the kids who were rioting should have parental or guardian guidance to ensure they don’t do stupid things that they should be held accountable for, but acting like Kai Cenat didn’t commit an egregiously stupid act of negligence and caused destruction or property and injury to many simply through his negligence is also being incredibly dismissive and ignoring the reality of the situation. This could all have been avoided if Kai was a more responsible person and took the actions to care for his fan group of primarily minors to avoid a riot. You are correct that upbringing caused the stupidity that is prevalent in his community, but Kai Cenat is most definitely the problem in this specific instance.
@joshc.6495 negligence didn't destroy property; stupid kids did. The thing is, it's a lot easier to point to one person instead of holding a mob of buffoons accountable, so I get the "inciting a riot" charge. Kai Cenat (who I'm no fan of btw) was irresponsible in how he handled his giveaway in the sense of not following the proper channels. He didn't tell kids to tear shit up. He didn't tell kids to jump on cars. At least I haven't seen him issue any of those directives. And worst case scenario, if he told them all to come out, tear the city up and go crazy and they did at his behest, well then I blame the parents because even my biggest idols never had that much of an influence on me. But I was raised hard on accountability, and just because that's not the case for every kid doesn't mean I'm going to shift the blame to anyone else because it's convenient. As a teen I've done some crazy shit you wouldn't believe, but I felt the same way then that i do now: Those were *MY* choices. And any way you slice it, you've failed as a parent if some kid sitting at his computer can get your teenager to go out and act like a maniac in the streets.
of course is part of the problem, he convoque that particular reunion and didn´t help to the situacion, to naive and inmature, the segurity of much people was in danger, bad parents and irresponsable "influencers" are a bad combination.
They're going to throw the book at this poor guy so they can set a precedent against public figures that "organize" large gatherings. There's a longer game being played here.
Yup, notice how people are when its a black man, obviously its wrong regardless, but the swiftness, and level of aggression towards him is way different than a literal president, who caused many riots, asian assaults and deaths... INTENTIONALLY.. and yet, its been 3 years.. While the black man gets his punishment within seconds...
Massively different. It was known there would be a gathering and it was known it would be hairy. Why didn’t Pelosi let the National Guard come to the scene? Well, how else would those federal agents get anything done?
It's not his responsibility to parent brats. Did he force even one of these kids to loot a store, destroy a car, etc? Hell no. There's no record of him encouraging the behavior. You can't count reporting the climate as encouraging it. Hold the brats responsible, hold the failing excuses for parents responsible.
I'm still wondering how he's responsible for the riot. Did he tell anyone to cause trouble? To vandalize? The only thing I think he can really be held to is unlawful gathering, maybe a few related things. It's not his job to parent brats who don't know human decency and it's sick that ny law is treating him like it is.
Where are the parents of all these kids? While I do understand that social media is a destructive force for young people, these kids did not come out in hopes of winning a prize, they came out to "get what is mine!"
If you think any of the people following this jackass should vote, you’re the fucking problem. Look at what they were doing to their own community. But you want them to vote? Wow. I wonder who you voted for?
Vote?😂😂 Right....like that'll help anything. Doesnt matter anyway, these ppl cant read the ballot. Voting in today's America only makes us think we have a say in what happens. AND have you seen the choices we get? Enough said
When your being funny and people can't control themselves so you get in trouble for it. People are so dumb he didn't tell anyone to jump on cars or destroy property. Literally reminds of when a little sibling does something they shouldn't but the elder sibling gets punished 😂
Wow man! Your so right! It's not like Kai legit led hundreds if not thousands of people couped up in one square just to think everyone would follow the law. It's just unrealistic, and that's the type of audience he attracts. He led tons of minors into one area so they can "maybe" win a giveaway prize worth thousands of dollars like said in the video. To think nobody is going to freak out over that is just absurd. Kai was the one that brought everyone there and gave everyone a "real reason" to riot.
The unlawful assembly, I get, but the riot charges? There's no way those charges will stick. Otherwise, I'd love to hear from the prosecutor all the ways he intended on inciting a riot. They're just being arbitrary and spiteful.
The "everybody for themselves, it's a war out there" could be interpreted as inciting a riot but I think you're right and it won't stick. I imagine he's going to be looking at a massive fine. He had no excuses for not doing this the right way. He has the resources to rent a venue and hire security for crowd control. He was completely negligent and must have consequences.
@@RabidDisposition When you consider the full quote, "We're not going to do nothing until it's safe. Everybody for themselves, because it's a war out there, man," that's not exactly a riot inducing statement, and a prosecutor would have to be real desperate to try him using this. Otherwise, I'm not interested in the moral implications of what he did/didn't do. If he has to compensate for damages, then so be it. My main concern are these wild criminal charges.
If he was giving out books, job applications and a new brain not one person would have showed up. The minute you say some games or a cell phone everybody shows up in an uproar and creates pure hell. This generation sucks 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Lmaoo bc about 90 sum percent of the ppl can get books and job applications for themselves lol those video games and computer are not easy to come by so why not show up when u have a chance to get some for free?
@@Jay2_sevvNo one is stating there’s anything wrong with giving away free things, the issue here is theres a proper way to conduct these events and Kai failed to do it in the proper matter, for example failing to contact the police ahead of time when organizing big events.

Kai did nothing wrong. The people who misbehaved are the only ones who should be charged. People are supposed to rule themselves first. The law is secondary.
