Agar abhi aap bilkul nahi khate hain to apni ek chapati band Karen aur 7-8 kaju aur 5-6 badam kha sakte hain. Badam bhigo kar aur chikka hata ke khayen. Dhanyawad.

Ji bilkul le sakte hain. Agar aapko sugar ki dikat nahin hai to bahut accha hai lekin phir bhi behtar rahega ki aap thodi warjis jarur karen aur tandrust bhi rahe. Dhaniyavad. Aur behtar rahega ki aap kaju alag se bhigoyen.

Kaju ka cover pehle hi hata Diya jata hai. Bhigo kar isse thoda naram katna chahte hai to kar sakte hain, khane mein aasan rahega. Koi atirikt fayde nahin hai. Dhanyawad.

Kaju ko bhigone ki jarurat nahin hai, agar aap chahen to bhigo sakte hain. Sham ko bhi kha sakte hain lekin breakfast behtar samay hai.
