KALA KALA is a simple and easy to make sweet snack item that is made during the festivals in the south of India.
This item is a made with very few ingredients and can be stored and consumed for nearly a month.
Origins of this item is not known and assumed to have evolved from some mom’s kitchen who wanted to add variety to the sweets those are made on festive occasions.
INGREDIENTS:
* F Maida - 500 gms
* Cooking Oil - 500 ml
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Sugar - 250gms
* Green Cardamom - 3 pcs
NOTE:
* Store in air tight container to retain crispiness.
* Serve. With tea or coffee
