Don't fear. This disease is dangerous but fear is worst. Most die from the diagnosis fear long before they die from the disease. Just do the program faithfully and your body will heal itself. Of course, cut out the things that contributed to the cancer developing in the first place. Refined sugars, refined grains, starches, sugar sweetened drinks, alcoholic drinks, all kinds of flesh foods, dairy foods, cheeses, etc. Drink plenty of pure water. Rest adequately. It always grows in my garden but remember, kale is the food most loved by caterpillars so it is one of the most treated with pesticides in the summer. Just grow it in your yard in the winter when no caterpillars are around

This is such an amazing video, Doc, u r so right about kale, I have been battling cancer for the best 6 years n last year I started experiencing low blood counts n so I started juicing kale both the black n the green with chard swiss n immediately my blood count is back to normal n my liver n kidneys are doing awesome after 6 years of chemo n radiation treatments. It is amazing how powerful juicing is, I drink carrots juice n green juice very regularly n I am doing amazing. My energy is back, I am so happy that I am strong again to continue fighting this cancer battle. I need to start having some kale smoothies too. I also found out that red onions , radishes, cranberries, tumeric ,and of course garlic. I use these as I am eating more of a plant based diet. Cut way down on sugar too. The beef and pork are out. Mostly chicken and fish. I enjoy a hamburger now and then. You can get ground chicken and turkey. From 2 months I drink every morning lemon water, daily i blend Kale and all different green salads, sometimes i mix with all sort of fresh fruits and i use lemon with all my smoothies. Kale can also ha e smooth leaves it comes in many different types. We in Africa eat this with most dishes cooked slightly so it's still crisp and we add tomatoes chili and coriander makes it even more tasty.

I like kale, pineapple, red beets, ginger, lemon and water together. I think red beets are natures candy store in the garden. If the beets are previously cooked, they'll work in smoothies too. Don't throw away the cooking water from vegies. Add the water to smoothies, soups etc. boosting up the vitamins and minerals👍 Thanks.

I've been juicing Kale with Pineapple because of intestinal problems. I had diviticulosis surgery, and learned the bromelain enzyme is good for this. I love this flavor as you only taste the pineapple...and it is VERY delicious.

I've been eaten sauted kale, spinach, broccoli, Asparagus for years and, some smoothies now an then with some of the ingredients he's mentioned. I will continue doing so, because my health is formidable at my recent 69th birthday. For protein broiled or baked chicken, fish and boiled eggs. Nothing fried, very little pasta or bread.

I've seen kale recommended for salads and smoothie for several years, yet had never tried it. Yesterday I made a smoothie with frozen pineapple, berries, spinach and kale. I have woken throughout the night with pain in my shoulders and hips for years. I slept without pain last night and no pain upon waking this morning. It's crazy when we are so accustomed to years of pain and ill feeling, and suddenly feel so much instant relief.
I don’t do kale ,but I grow green collards and eat them regularly and do smoothies with it …I believe it is the same as kale . We do parsley,mint ,lemon balm,ginger ,lemon smoothies regularly.

My ex boyfriend was a chef and he would bang on about kale years ago. I didn't take much not of him but would eat it. After watching this seems he was on to something all those years ago. Iv always been a vit c person , b12 D3. I'm getting more and more into the powers these vitamins have. Altho always taken a multi vitamins most of my later adult life. This makes so much sense to me. For some reason even though I try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, run and weight train, I produce alot of mucus when I run and start sweating I have to blow my nose to get rid of mucus. But what is weird I really don't get colds. Well what I started doing recently is drinking smoothies made with kale ginger parsley cilantro with lemon and half teaspoon of Himalayan salt and though I am running alot in high heat hours in Yuma in summer I have not had a mucus since I started this a week ago. I have been drinking all organic kale mixed with a little spinach, romaine lettuce, 1 cucumber, celery, turmeric and garlic to help preserve the drink. Also mixed with distilled water I make about 20 to 30 of them in canning jars and freeze them and it works they stay fresh. I have tried wheat grass but it is very hard to digest and most green powders load up on wheat grass. Wheatgrass is easy and cheap to produce and I have yet to find a powder with out it. Before I started this drink about 8 years ago I was falling apart with arthritis, heel spurs, joint pain that was unbelievable. Dr Alan Mandell is right, kale is up their on the green chain and a miracle wonder for the body.

I have chronic insomnia and started juicing 2 bunches of kale with a beet and carrot in the morning and at night. That's a lot of kale (organic is $10/day for 4 bunches). I CAN SLEEP NOW! But please research or ask your doc about "too much of a good thing" with kale, i.e. if you have kidney or thyroid problems or on blood thinners. I also have high cholesterol. I drink kale smoothie twice a day. ( it’s really fill me up for 3 hrs or more) I love it. I put many things in with it, ginger the strongest one. I make my smoothie every 2 days ( bc it’s lots of work for me ) and it’s seems to be fine no more than 2 days though. I’ll try to get my cholesterol down. I freeze my berries, peeled bananas, beets, pineapple, mango etc. the coconut water I use has chunks in it, I use kale, spinach I also add ,dried cranberries, I freeze these too, and pumpkin seeds, I use coconut water chilled in my fridge and pomegranate juice too so I’m not adding just plain water or the need for ice. Pure goodness in a glass brought up my kidney function back to normal when the urologist showed me I was headed for dialysis. LHK = love hugs kisses starting a batch now. I make a pitcher full n drink some everyday till it’s gone. Amen

Great video! One option to smoothies is to make kale chips. Rip apart the kale in a bowl, mix with olive/avocado oil and bake for about 20 minutes at 375 until they have some crispness. Mix with sea salt, ground pepper and turmeric for added benefit.
