Kaleh Gonjeshki (Sparrows Head) - Cooking with Yousef 

Hi friends, I am back. Well, I've been back and this is the second video I made since my return from Iran but we are fixing the audio for that one.
Today we make "Kaleh Gonjeshki" which translates as Sparrows Head. No, this is not made with Sparrow, just the name because of the little meatballs that look like a Sparrow's Head :)

Ingredients List:
1/2 Kilogram (1 pound ground beef / 5-7% fat - my preference )
2 Onion
1 Clove of garlic
3 Tomatoes
3 Potato
1/1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/1/2 Pepper
Turmeric (same)
1/1/2 Tablespoon Chick Pea Powder
2 1/2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
Couple Teaspoon Liquid saffron (optional)
2 Cups of Rice (optional you can serve with rice or bread)
Cooking Oil
