Kalos Pokémon that might get Mega Evolutions in Legends Z-A 

I'm tryna be STRICT but Kalos is the prime target LOL it doesn't give me much room! What's a Kalos Pokemon you think 100% has to get a mega in these games?

Pyroar getting a new evolution or Mega makes sense because they did that Lion King reference in SV. PL-ZA is about royalty and war. They also reference royalty in SV.

Personally I think they should only add Mega's to already 3 member lines as a part of the problems with them is that it's exclusive to fully evolved Pokemon meaning they can't give them permanent buffs with an actual evolution So new Mega's I'd add would primarily be for the newer Generations that missed out like nothing prior to Gen 5 should get one The Kalos Starters Villvion (could just be like the Lati's where every form just has a united Mega design) Florgess Aegislash Goodra

this eternal flower looks exactly (shape wise) as the ultimate weapon 3 big petals and 3 little ones in between and the pistil (or stigma correct me if i'm wrong ty) as the cannon and when firing light of ruin looks like the ultimate weapon firing i just found out that the eternal flower floette sprite exists in Pokemon Home even tho it was never released and the sprite isn't in any switch game

Pokemon I feel like might get mega-evos: - Any of the pseudo-legendaries they decide to put in ZA; Goodra, Dragonite, Baxcalibur, Kommo-o, Dragapult, Hydreigon; a lot of other pseudos have mega-evos, Dragonite and Goodra seem the most likely to me as they were both in X and Y. Dragonite I have a hunch will get an ancestral evolution like Goodra did in Hisui, maybe dragon/fairy. I don't know, I just have a weird hunch; if it doesn't get a mega, it might be an ancestral form. Hydreigon I wouldn't say is least likely, but of all the pseudo-legendaries it does evolve at the highest level, I'm not saying the wait wouldn't be worth it but you'd really have to commit. - Kleavor; Scizor has one, it's not that far out of the realm of impossibility - Machamp and/or Golem. We have megas of Alakazam and Gengar, Machamp and Golem are part of those Gen 1 trade-evos - The Kalos starters seem like a given - Butterfree; Beedrill got one, this also balances it back out - Aegislash - Pangoro - Florges - Flygon - Alcremie - Slowking; Slowbro has one. - Tyrantrum and Aurorus; Aerodactyl got one, it feels right that the two other dinosaur Pokemon in Kalos got them. - Clawitzer and Dragalge; I don't know, I just have a weird hunch.

i think floette would be a battle bond ability with az. this is where the ultimate weapon came from. maybe floettes flower became the ult weapon however when their battle bond was broken from floette feeling az's malicious and murderous intent it broke their bond leaving the ult weapon around and az huge.

I have a theory for the idea for a Mega Florges. It could have the eternal flower pattern And because its power is too much It could say that its flowers start to fly away of it's hair and starts growing on ground naturally That would explain why AZ's floette has it

I think we will get Mega Vivilion just have the pattern on the wings turn into the Mega symbol and have it be a Bug/Fairy type. Valerie has Vivilion's eyes so I am still convinced that Vivilion was originally going to be Bug/Fairy.

while i can see florges getting a mega i just kinda dont want it to happen, i dont want it to take the spotlight away from eternal floette, and if there was an eternal florges people will just see that as a direct upgrade, even if it needs a mega stone it just doesnt sit right with me

This isn't really in relation to the current video, but I noticed while looking back at the story of AZ's Floette that the Ultimate Weapon actually has two different appearances depending on the version of the game. In X, the bulb in the centre is more spherical, while in Y, it's more sharp and spear-like. This is just a theory, but much like how Rayquaza needed the Meteorite, or how Groudon and Kyogre needed the Red and Blue Orbs, it could be possible that these distinct shapes could be in reference to items they Xerneas and Yveltal need to perform a type of Mega Evolution or Primal Reversion. Update: Another thing I found out, Melmetal's Pokedex entry says that it "suddenly came back to life after 3,000 years", implying that it went extinct around the time of the Kalos War or when the Ultimate Weapon was fired. It could be possible if this new Legends game is taking place in a time before Kalos was redeveloped into "Kalos" (like Hisui becoming Sinnoh), it could be possible that it came from pre-Kalos.

Something else that could work for pyroar is an x and y mega, but only female pyroar can mega x and only male pyroar can mega y.

I already know the one Pokémon that will not get a mega evolution, and that Pokémon is Jynx. The reason Jynx will not get a mega evolution is because Jynx was removed(BANNED) from the Pokémon anime. The last(FINAL) physical appearance of Jynx in the anime was in Three Jynx and a Baby(AG168) Japan: March 16th, 2006 United States: November 25th, 2006 Jynx was banned from the Pokémon anime for 18 years and there is no sign of Jynx coming back any time soon.
